Line-Up Help!

Recommended Posts

See my line-up below - question is:

QB: had Leftwich starting but sounds like he is hurt - should I go with Bledsoe or roll the dice with Leftwich :dunno:

RB - WR/TE: league is 1 or 2 RB and 4 or 3 WR/TE - leaning towards LJ and C Taylor for RB with Chambers, A Johnson and LJ Smith for my WR/TE set - seen alot lately about B. Johnson against the Raiders - should I stay with my first impression or change it up?

League is 1 pt for every 10 yards run/reception with 6 pts for TD.

Any input is greatly appreciated! - Playing my son this week and he is currently in first place. His #1 def & #1 RB are on byes this week but has Peyton as his QB - can't let him beat the ole man!

I think you have to roll the dice with Bledsoe, simply because if Leftwich does play and takes one bad hit to his ankle, you would be screwed if he ends up not playing the rest of the game.

I have also seen a lot of praise for B. Johnson. I think I would put him in place of LJ Smith

Bledsoe and stick with your plan for the rest.

Thanks for mine..

Start Bledsoe-He has minimized mistakes and is servicable. With Leftwich, I really think the Jags will run first this week as they are playing Houston. So even if Leftwich plays, I think Del Rio will focus on the run to take strain off Leftwich. The Jags will not need to pass in order to beat Houston.

With the Bryant Johnson question, I think a #2 WR generally outproduces a TE and I think you can expect the same in your situation. Both Smith and Johnson will probably gain around the same yardage, but the big play potential is better for the speedy Johnson.

Tough call on QB.... im saying if LEFTY is up in the air Bledsoe should start. That Monday night game should be a shootout. You gotta start Chestah and LJ..... I would not put Bryant Johnson in starting lineup jsut yet. LJ Smith is always a great play, he is practically Mcnabb's redd zone threat. Hopefully Chambers still nabs one for ya. Keep LJ in, and BJ out. Good luck

With Leftwich gimpy and playing a team they may not have to pass much against to win, I'd take Bledsoe on Monday night.

LJ and Chester for rb's--nothing negative I can say there.

Chambers and Andre are good starts this week. Stay away from LJ Smith against the Bucs. The TE position plays into the strength of Tampa's D; they've defended well against it all year. I like Bryant Johnson against the Oakland secondary this week.
