Meltz 0 Posted October 31, 2006 My team is 2-6 and could probably use some new blood. Coincidentally, I've been offered Wille Parker for Reggie Wayne. It's a scoring only league, 2RB, 2WR. my team: RB: Dunn, Gore, Cadillac, Lundy WR: Wayne, 8-5, Reggie Brown, Joe Horn, Braylon Edwards His team: RB: Parker, R. Johnson, A. Green, McAllister, B. Jacobs WR: Housh, Chambers, Furrey. I'm reluctant to part with wayne since he seems to be picking up the scoring. But, I could use a RB that actually you know, scores. Thoughts? Will respond to others... UPDATE: Now the offer is R. Johnson and C. Chambers for Wayne and Cadillac. Any thoughts?
bauman88 0 Posted October 31, 2006 id stay put fwp has a tough sched. just play lundy gore here on out. see me http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=249308
leonardk1 0 Posted October 31, 2006 Don't do it. Your remaining WR aren't good enough. However, Wayne's value is very high right now so you might package him with one of your other RBs and get a STUD. Thanks for answering mine.
veebs4 2 Posted November 1, 2006 I wouldn't do it. Maybe make him a counter (8-5 for Rudi, or something like that), or package for a stud RB with another team (like leonardk1 said). A trade may not work with the team you listed. thanks for mine.
darkjedi 0 Posted November 1, 2006 Thanks for mine I think you can't afford the loss of Wayne at WR unless you can get a Stud RB. Wayne is worth more than Parker.
nosferatu9368 0 Posted November 1, 2006 While I dont think Wayne is worth more than Parker because IMO RB's are always more valuable than WR's. I honestly don't think this helps you, it makes you very weak at WR. You need a WR more than you do a RB. Good Luck Mine if you haven't already. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=249634 Peace...
ramblin'wreck 0 Posted November 1, 2006 I think I would do the trade.. you don't have many scorers in your RB corps.. Dunn is good, but Vick seems to pick up his passing games recently and that reduces Dunn's chance a bit. Here is mine.. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=249755
bmusselman 0 Posted November 1, 2006 willie parker really doesnt score. stay with wayne, the colts are scoring like crazy, while the sttlers are struggling. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=249750
hermdogg 0 Posted November 2, 2006 I wouldn't do it. Wayne's blowing up, and Rudy hasn't been doing much. Thanks for mine.
loki993 0 Posted November 2, 2006 dont know. I like wayne, you already know that. i think he will be pretty solid, he and harrision are going back and forth. caddy hasnt really done much this year. rudi johnson is doing good and will probally keep scoring. fire him back horn and caddy for rudi and furrey. horn has done well as of late and will probally keep it up and i like furrey better than chambers, havent seen harrington play this year, but his recievers tend to drop a lot of passes. kellyaucoin 0 Posted November 2, 2006 i think youre stronger with what youve got. you should get more for wayne iff youre going to trade him. heres mine; http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=250204
resser2 0 Posted November 2, 2006 Wayne is hot right now, don't do it. You can get more for him
Busted by the Feds 9 Posted November 3, 2006 Thanks for replying to mine. I'd stay with Wayne too. Wayne and 8-5 would be a nice combo for your 2 WR starts. See if Jerious Norwood is still available on the WW. Like a previous post said, Vick has discovered passing and Dunn might be losing more carries to Norwood. Get JN and see how the situation shapes up in ATL. Lol, if you think you're having problems with RBs not scoring, try being a Tiki owner ( like me )
