trade advice

Recommended Posts

I need some wr help, I have been offered Eddie Kennison for D.Foster. D.Foster is my #3 rb. I have received very little interest for D.Foster and Kennison is the best offer I have had so far. SHould I trade Foster away for Eddie Kennison.

If you can afford the loss at RB, then it's probably a good trade. Kennison will get better. LJ has been on a roll and when Green comes back that will help himm establish the pass.

If you have faith enough for Huard to consistently distribute the ball to him and until Green comes back and you could use a good WR then do it. I guess you are planning to scrud the WW/FA area to find a good RB to replace Foster though. Are you?

I wouldn't do it. Kennison had a big game against a struggling Seahawks team last week, and he has one other solid game this season against the 49ers (big whoop). Beyond that, he's done nothing except grab a score versus the Chargers - one of two total receptions on the day. With LJ and Tony G most goal-line plays will be headed in their directions, so it's unlikely he'll get much in the way of short scores. He only has about a 3.5 receptions/gm average so far this year, and that's even including the two good games mentioned already.

Foster's no better than a #3 back, but that's still worth a start-able WR, and Kennison's probably only a matchup spot-starter. If you want to get rid of him, try to make a package deal that includes him with another one or more of your players, instead of just going straight-up. At least in the leagues I play in, borderline starting RBs usually get undervalued in the trade market on their own.

Try to offer Foster to the owner who has D.Williams. See what WR's he has to offer

i like this play foster to the team that has deangelo may be a nice 2 for 1.

I would not do that. I think Foster could get someone a little better than Kennison. BUt if you are desperate....

Very uninteresting trade altogether. Kennison has really come on lately and Foster has not. I would not make the move if Foster is your #3 because then you have no #3.

I would not do this trade. Kennison isn't a wr you can rely on to get you points. He hung out on the ww in my league for awhile. Foster isn't a great option, but you can definetley get a better upgrade than Kennison. Try to deal Foster for maybe Berrian, Ward, or K. Johnson. In fact I'd say you could maybe get a little higher such as Boldin or Plax since decent RBs are harder to come by at this point.
