RCBlitz 0 Posted November 8, 2006 I am debating if I should try to make a big trade or not and any advice would be much appreciated. We start 1QB, 2RB, 3WR/TE(used as same), 1K, 1DF My roster now. QB- Kitna, Favre RB- S. Jackson, W. Parker, C. Taylor, A. Green WR- Roy Williams, D. Driver, D. Branch, J. Horn, A. Bryant PK- J. Brown DF- Baltimore, Minnesota Team that I am looking to trade with- QB- McNab RB- F. Taylor, McGahee, C. Williams WR- S. Smith, T. Owens, D. Stallworth, A. Crumpler, M. Furrey PK- Feely DF- Denver I tried to give him Parker for Owens a couple of weeks ago and he said no. Here are the two options. 1. He offered me Stallworth for A. Green 2. I am thinking about offering Parker, A. Green, D. Branch for S. Smith and F. Taylor So the question is, do I give up all of my depth for a superstar like S. Smith or just trade one for Stallworth who may or may not come back from the injury 100%? Any advice or imput would be appreciated or if you see a creative move that I am not thinking of. I am trying to get a more consistant #3 WR and my depth at back is just sitting on the bench every week. thanks, and put your post and I will respond. I don't like either of those trades. Stallworth might just pull his hammy again like every year. And FWP, green and branch for steve smith is way way way too much. Beggers can't be choosers and he needs a RB real bad now that Mcghee is hurt. I would say offer FWP or chester and that is it for smith or TO. Then Maybe try Green and Branch for either of those guys. Or maybe FWP or chester and Bryant or horn. I just don't think this guy in is in the position to push for more. Your team is great without steve smith. I do think you should move some RB depth for a wideout. In hindsight the second trade works but I think you are giving up more than you should to a guy who needs a RB

nosferatu9368 0 Posted November 8, 2006 I wouldn't want Stallworth either too injury prone. If you do the other trade you will be too thin at RB. Try FWP & Driver for Steve & Taylor. Thats more fair and you won't lose to much depth. Good Luck Thanks for answering mine Peace...
loki993 0 Posted November 9, 2006 i see two situations here, dont know if heel go for it though. he needs a RB and hes got a lot of depth at WR. he wants driver, give him driver for furrey or horn. if he dosnt go for that try parker or green, start with green, and maybe horn or branch for one of the big guys, smith or TO. I have TO and stallworth on my team and am looking for a better #2 reviever because they are not putting out this year. hope this helps. thanks for answering mine, but have another problem take a look: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=251855
