Cjt727 0 Posted November 9, 2006 My RBs: Steven Jackson vs Sea, Brian Westbrook vs Was, Julius Jones vs Ari , Frank Gore vs Detriot Defences: Kansas City vs Maimi , New York Giants vs Chicago. For my backs, I was starting Westbrook and Jackson, but I just aquired Gore through a trade yesterday. Defences, I'm confident Grossman will make plenty of mistakes and give the Giants a few turnovers and sacks, but it might be better not to take a chance and go with KC. dalie 2 Posted November 10, 2006 RB's a bit of a toss but I would go with SJax and Westbrook Defense I think I would go with NYG, Chi O seems to be exposed lately and w/o Berrian they can't stretch the field as much and will limit Muhhamad, but as you said it is a gamble with them w/ their injuries, so it would be more high risk/ high reward http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=252219
chris27 0 Posted November 10, 2006 For sure SJax and Westbrook. Gore hasn’t been as good as he was at the beginning of the season. As for defense, I would go KC. NYG defense is good, but Chicago offense is also good, and after that Miami outing I don’t expect them to repeat the same performance again. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=252220
Cjt727 0 Posted November 10, 2006 Yea you know I really don't have any confidence in the Chicago offence though. The Giants throw Grossman on his ass a few times and it's all over. It might be safer just to put KC in though.
chuck_w87 0 Posted November 10, 2006 I'm pretty sure all of your backs will put up good numbers... so I would also go with Jackson and Westbrook, but Gore and Julius will both have good games. I think Strahan and Usi are going to be out.. so I dont know if I would go with the Giants D in what could be a surprisingly high scorer. I'm a KC homer... but the Chiefs D (if Derrick Johnson plays) will do well against the Dolphins. But I dont think either D's will do too awesome. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=252194
STEELERMAN 0 Posted November 10, 2006 RB: I would stay with westbrook & St. Jax. D: NYG at home are a solid play...its a toss up but I like NYG over KC D. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=252230
time to get ill 0 Posted November 10, 2006 Jackson is a lock, and i would go with Gore. In the last 3 weeks, Gore has been just as good if not better than Westbrook. Plus, I like Gore against Detroit (20th ranked run defense) than Westbrook who is always hurt. Washington has the 15th ranked run defense. Go with Jackson and Gore for sure. For D, you could go with either one really and both will get u #'s. The better play this week i believe is the the Giants cuz they are at home against a slumping Bears team. Turnovers = points and the Bears's turnover woes will continue when they enter East Rutherford on Sunday. Good Luck!! here's mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=252027
mrcharlie 0 Posted November 10, 2006 I'd go Jackson and Westbrook. Defense I'd put in KC because the Dolphins will be flat after last weeks high. That was their Superbowl. They will be back to earth this week. As for the Bears they will keep the ball on the ground to control turnovers. see mine please....thanks
