Thinking of this crazy offer

Recommended Posts

I'm in a PPR league and getting scared of Bulger w/o Pace at LT. Brees' schedule looks like cake for the next few weeks and I'm borderline playoffs. Should I offer up Bulger and Chad Johnson for Brees and Greg Jennings, or is that CRAZY. It's also a 2QB league and I've got Big Ben, so I could possibly do Ben and Chad for Brees and Jennings.

OR will Chad bring me to the playoffs by himself and I should just forget this nonsense?

Tough call there as Chad may have shot is wad in the big game last week. Jennings has a great WR schedule the rest of the way but he is still not 100% but close. I would say that if you can trade Ben in that deal it may work better. Brees > Bulger but only by a little bit but that may expand with Pace out. Chad is much > then Jennings but that could also flip flop by years end. U feeling lucky?? Go for it with Ben or a lesser WR then Chad!!!

I would not make that trade because Chad is so much better than Jennings and while Brees is an improvement over the Bulger/Ben option, I would not get rid of Chad. The Bengals offense is finally starting to come around (he put up big numbers against a very good Chargers D) and Palmer is a great QB. Jennings may have an easier schedule but Favre is too up & down from week to week.
