Need 1QB & 2RBs - help me pick!

Recommended Posts

Post a link and I will respond to yours.

I'm in a 10 team (now actually 9 team) league so my team is a bit stacked. I made some trades throughout the year during injuries to really stack my team during the playoffs. Now i'm having a hard time picking my starter.

QBs:

Matt Leinart (vs. DEN)

Matt Hasselbeck (vs. SF)

Steve McNair (vs. CLE)

RBs:

Larry Johnson (@ SD)

Shaun Alexander (vs. SF)

Brian Westbrook (@ NYG)

Chester Taylor (vs. NYJ)) * QUESTIONABLE

Thanks in advance!

Well here is the early weather report for tonights game in Seattle.

Mostly cloudy with a 80-percent chance of rain. Winds blowing from the Southwest at 20-30 m.p.h. Game-time temperature: Around 45.

So with that I would say you may want to shy away from Hasselbeck, although I think he is your best option and matchup. But that also means they will run, and I would obviously start LJ, and then probably go with SA. Tough call in the QB, looking at it, you may just wanna stick with Hasselbeck. Little vague on that sorry...tough call

Help?

If the weather report is correct, go with McNair at QB. He shouldn't have much trouble against Cleveland.

Larry Johnson is a lock/must start, you can't sit him. Shaun on the other hand can't seem to make up his mind to be good or bad with each week. I'd say, go with Chester Taylor if he plays; if he does, he should be a monster against the Jets. If Taylor doesn't play, flip a coin on Shaun or Westbrook. Frankly I lean more towards Westbrook just because he's as much a receiving threat as he is a running threat, and if the rain is as bad as it says, Shaun is going to be gang raped repeatedly.
