Haven't Needed Much Help All Year, but...

Recommended Posts

I am 14-0 so far. Technically, 13-0 in games that counted since I had a bye in the first week of the playoffs, but still won my insignificant matchup. Anyway, my base is set, I just need to know whow you would start for my 2nd WR this week.

I just picked up Marty Booker and have him starting right now.

My current lineup is:

Brady vs Hous

LT vs. KC

Rudi @ Indy

S. Jackson @ Oak

Colston vs. Wash

Booker @ Buff.

Gates vs. KC

Kaeding vs. KC

Bears vs. TB

Would you start Booker or either Evans or Berrian. Booker has been hot lately and I am leaning towards him. Miami has give up only 3 plays of 40+ this year, and Evans is the deep ball guy that could be shut down, especially the way Miami's D is playing. However, Berrian could get a deep ball or two, but I think the Bears will go up early and pound the ball with Jones/Benson. Obviously, I am losing a stud in DJack, and Chambers has been a huge bust and is questionable anyway. If Chambers is gone, will that affect Bookers production?

Leave a link, I'll help you. After all, I am undefeated.

Im actually face with the same decision in one of my leagues: Booker or Berrian, which is definetly your top two options. The big problem with Berrian is TB's defense is designed to stop the long pass, which is primarily Berrian role. Plus, like you said, once they get up the will rely on just the run. Booker on the other hand should be a smart play against a relatively weak BUF defense and is always a TD threat. So I'd go Booker.

Brooker has been good lately getting 5-6 receptions and a td per game. However, on the road in Buffalo is going to be tough. He is more consistent than Evans, but either could put up the td this week. I haven't seen anyone run on Miami except Jax and Mcgahee is dinged up so Buf has to pass the ball if they want to move it. Same with Miami. I think they both put up the same numbers. Neither is going to have a breakout game. This one is going to come down to field goals and defense.
