Giants Fan 85 Posted January 31, 2007 Friend of mine bet me $20 I couldn't do 20. Keep in mind I weigh 200 lbs and I'm almost 37. I've been lifting a little, so I knew I could do it. I forgot what a great focking exercise that is. I hurt for 2 days.
Giants Fan 85 Posted January 31, 2007 Back in the day, I could do 50 push-ups in under a minute, no pain the next day. So could my brother. He was gonna be 82nd Airborne, but the military wouldn't take him, cause he was born with a hole in his heart. Had open heart surgery in like, 1965 as an infant. It's still not too late for me. The Army has extended it's age range to 42. I got a couple years to decide ... but I really don't think I could kill anybody, like on purpose. That might be a problem. texasmouth 1 Posted January 31, 2007 We have to do push ups for our annual fitness test for the Air Force. I did 55 in well under a minute this year. I usually barely pass the test so this year I trained for it. It took me a couple of weeks to get up to 55 pushups. I actually did 74 pushups in a minute in November. I didnt realize you were old and fat GFIAFP, wow.
Giants Fan 85 Posted January 31, 2007 I'm 6 foot 1 ... so I weigh about what a man my age and height should. Still like to get down to like 190. I weighed 185 back, 20 years ago when I could do 50 in a minute. It's a great exercise. I been benching, with no pain ... pushups kicked my ass.
