Dungheap 0 Posted August 30, 2007 So I'm in a keeper league with an odd scoring system (2 PPR, 1 point per carry) and I'm drafting tonight. I'm drafting fifth and eleventh and need a WR3 and RB3. The best available (lots of kept players) that may fall to me are: WRs: D. Branch R. Brown L. Coles B. Edwards S. Moss RBs: Marshawn Lynch Adrian Peterson Caddy MBIII J Jones Norwood Brandon Jackson Who would you take? I'll will respond to links where appropriate ( I tend not to give advice if I don't know what the hell I'm talking about and I think you're better off without it). jared7683 0 Posted August 30, 2007 snatch up lynch and coles...coles always gets his balls, although not as many yards, and Lynch will be a workhorse this year...good luck to ya...
cntblah 0 Posted August 30, 2007 Where is Calvin Johnson? You expect him to be gone for sure? I like in this order: Brandon Jackson L. Coles Adrian Peterson D. Branch Marshawn Lynch S. Moss J Jones R. Brown MBIII B. Edwards Caddy Norwood But a lot of these RBs are in unsettled situations so they are particularly hard to rank at this point. LoserKid 0 Posted August 30, 2007 Thanks for your help. In regards to your situation, I would have to agree that Coles is the best choice at WR. 2 PPR definetly ups his value, IMO. He's a lock for 80+ catches, and that can't be said for any of the other wideouts. I would have to take a chance on Lynch with the RB selection. He's a dual threat from the backfield and has the chance to garner a heavy workload. HTH, best of luck.
