Should I trade a #1 WR for a possible #1 RB

I have a possible trade which would look like this............

I would give up Chad Johnson

and receive Adrian Peterson and Calvin Johnson.

Would you do this trade or pass on it?

i would not make that trade.....chad is beast out there and all cincy is going to do this year is sling that ball around the field. ced benson and gore are a nice combo and who knows whats going to happen to peterson with injuries. stick with what you got

I own Chad Johnson and there is no way I give him up this year. Cincy is a throwing machine and there are too many points being handed out as a result. Calvin Johnson got banged up last week and I haven't heard his status. So it's risky. I say stick with Ocho Cinco and you'll be happy.

I think he gains more than you do in that deal, I'd pass on that one. Especially with Calvin's durability in question right now. He didn't practice yesterday and has had back problems before. I'd stick with Chad.

I have Benson, too and am not very happy or confident with his output so far. You would definitely be upgrading your RBs if you make this trade. The only thing to be weary of is how these rookies bodies (and psyches) handle the long 16 game season. He may be a bit burnt out later in the season but otherwise, this is a good trade.

NO WAY NO WAY NO WAY. When Chester comes back Childres said Chester is the starter and Johnson is injured.

asuming dynasty I prolly would do it, AD is the future back in MIN and Calvin Johnson is already the #2 in DET, although you would hurt your WR core for this year, for the future it would be nice.

 

if it is a redraft league I would keep Chad Johnson.

I would not make this trade either. Peterson is potentially splitting carries and Johnson is a rookie and not 100%. Stick with ocho-cinco.
