Fantasy Guru 0 Posted November 13, 2008 First decision. Do I start M. Lynch vs. Cleveland...splits carries but Browns run def. or T. Hightower vs. Seattle...gets most carries but was doing nothing last week. Second decision. SD DEF/ST vs. Pittsburgh........ Pittsburgh throwing picks and SD Sprools return yardage big plus or NYJ DEF/ST vs. NE.... Jets are playing pretty good D right now. Thanks for any help. Leave a link, I'll do the same. team awesome 4 Posted November 13, 2008 i like tim hightower in this matchup. seattle does not have a tough D and even though hasselback is back, hes real rusty without any real offensive threat. I suspect the high powered cardinals to get alot of points and run it down with hightower and with his speed and burst, hell get 80-100 and a td minimum. hmmm this ones tough. Id go with the Jets D as they may have a personal vendetta against them and cassel has had 4 turnovers int he past 3 weeks and even let up 2 interceptions against a suspect rams d. good luck. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=333096
gram 0 Posted November 13, 2008 start lynch w/o a doubt. he is play clevlend and he is more constistent than hightower i lean more towards sd because i think ne will score more than pitt mine please http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=333090
rlb 0 Posted November 13, 2008 Tough decisions for you. I would lean towards Lynch in a nationally televised must win game against the Browns on MNF As for defense, I would have to stick with the hot hand which has been NYJ lately. SD hasnt intercepted a pass or recorded a sack in a ridiculously long time. Please see mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=333098

If you get points for low scores, tonight in the rain at Foxboro, NYJ will get you points in a low scoring affair. SD will get sacks because Ben can hold the ball a lot longer than most QBs. Plus, the Steelers pass offense is a lot of big play passes or TE passes. If Ben is patient, he can milk the SD middle with TE passes, SD gives up a lot of catches to TEs. Purely based on weather conditions and the NYJ hot hand and the fact that Ben will want to do better to make up for previous games, I'd go with NYJ.
mdbomb 5 Posted November 13, 2008 Thanks for mine. I go Lynch no doubt. Arizona is to pass oriented and Cleveland run D is brutal. And like others have said a combo of weather and a hotstreak stick with thte Jets.
IOWAHAWKEYES 0 Posted November 13, 2008 i have hightower starting for me! go with him and he won't let us down twice!! http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=333142
mdm_1971 0 Posted November 13, 2008 i like Hightower in this match up....he was shut down last week but the cards didnt run a lot due to being behind most the game..... if the cards get out front like they should then hightower will be a good start on the defensive side i would go with the Jets.....even though big ben has been throwing a lot of ints the last few weeks the bolts pass defense is the worst in the league and the Jets have been solid and now have tape on Cassel as opposed to the 1st time they met
LeBron 0 Posted November 13, 2008 I am from Cleveland and a continual frustrated Brown's fan (is there anything else). Go with Lynch. I will guarantee at least one score and possible 100 yards. Thanks for answering mine.
