cooolbreeze 0 Posted November 5, 2010 I recently traded Big Ben for Flacco and Beanie Wells, ( I subsequently traded wells for Fitz, what a steal!!, but that's for another thread) thinking that I could play the match ups for the next few weeks with these two QBs and then enjoy Flacco's end of the season brilliance against crappy teams. This week poses a bit of a question for me. My plan all along was to start Cutler vs the Bills. The Bills stink against the pass, we all know that and Cutler is coming off of a bye. But, Cutler has been go God-awful the past several weeks that I'm having second thoughts. Flacco plays a tough Miami team but, they haven't been very tough against the pass and may be without their starting safety. So who would you roll with, Flacco or Cutler?? Maroon Bells 18 Posted November 5, 2010 I think Cutler wakes up this week. As a fellow-Cutler-owner, I too have been waiting for a decent matchup for him. SOME team against whom he doesn't have to run for his life. This is it. HOWEVER, if I had Flacco I'd be starting him. If you have a good, solid team around him and can afford the possibility of a bad outing, then maybe take the risk and go for Cutler. If you need to play it safe, go with Flacco. Flacco's going to give you something. Cutler will either explode or implode. Mine
nasdax33 0 Posted November 5, 2010 I would roll with Cutler this week to give him one last shot. If he doesn't get it done against the Bills, THEN YOU KNOW you can cut bait with him!
steel827 2 Posted November 6, 2010 I would look at the makeup of your team. If you are solid then go with Flacco because he is somewhat safe. He will get 15 or so points. If you need a home run then go with Cutler. He may get you 4 points, but he may give you 34 also.
