    All-play format is where you compete head to head against all other 11 teams every week of the regular season. League is in its 4th season with a great group of core players returning. Two openings this year in the re-draft league. There is a parallel keeper league but no spots available there.

    This is an all-play format where you play all other 11 teams head-to-head every week of the regular season. It is based on a similar re-draft league that is starting its third season. The majority of owners in the re-draft are interested in spinning off and creating a parallel keeper league with a similar format and rules. There are a few owners in the re-draft league that will not be participating in the keeper league, thus the search for a few replacements.

    Don't ask for an invite if you can't conduct yourself in a mature manner. Competition is fierce, banter is high, but childish behavior and profanity won't be tolerated.

    Second year "All-Play" 12 team re-draft hosted on myfantasyleague.com has a good core group of owners returning but is searching for a few replacements. Say goodbye to unbalanced schedules and square off against all 11 other teams every week of the regular season (Wks 1- 13). Top six advance to post season and continue the free-for-all (Wks 14-16).

     

    Highlights:

    Entry: $100 through LeagueSafe with 100% paid out

    Payouts: $350/$150 regular season; $400/$200/$100 postseason.

    Draft: Slow draft begins August 29; per-pick and cumulative time limits

    Roster: Start 1QB/2RB/3WR/1TE/1FLEX/1K/1DST; 8 bench

    Waivers: 1 FAAB cycle on Tues followed by FCFS until kickoff

    Scoring: Fairly typical 0.5PPR / 4pt pass TD (6pt other TDs) / favorable DST scoring / progressive TO penalties

    As discussed we're still planning on a live online draft with date still TBD. Here are the bylaws since MFL seems to prevent guests from accessing:
    Welcome to the first annual "Fairest of Them All" fantasy football league hosted on myfantasyleague.com. While every effort has been made to ensure that the site has been setup properly, these bylaws govern the rules of play superseding any incorrect site setting.
    Participants
    There will be no more and no less than 12 teams.
    In the unlikely event that the league is unable to fill a stable of 12 teams before the start of the regular season then the league will dissolve.
    The league may be overbooked with the expectation that not all who join will follow through and pay the entry fee.
    The first 12 participants to pay their entry fee secure a place in the league.
    Each participant is limited to operating a single team.
    Commissioner will operate a single team subject to same regulations as other owners.
    Fees
    Entry fee is $107.
    LeagueSafe.com will be used as a means to collect entry fees, hold funds, and administer payouts.
    Depending on payment method, LeagueSafe may charge a small administration fee in excess what is shown here.
    Payout rules will be set to "Majority Approval".
    Commissioner is responsible for allocating payouts to winners at the end of the season.
    Commissioner is in no way affiliated with LeagueSafe and is not responsible for any difficulty participants have withdrawing funds.
    MyFantasyLeague.com hosting costs are $80.
    MFL costs will be shared equally among all participants ($80/12=~$7).
    Commissioner paid site costs upfront and is entitled to reimbursement of $80 through LeagueSafe after all entry fees have been paid.
    Payouts
    100% of the entrance fees will be paid out to winners net of MFL costs discussed above.
    Regular season ($500): $350 First Place / $150 Second Place.
    Post season ($704) $400 First Place / $200 Second Place / $104 Third Place.
    Regular Season Format
    An "All-Play" format will be utilized where every team plays every other team head-to-head every week of the season.
    A total of 11 Wins or Losses are accumulated by each team each week.
    There will not be any ties.
    Fractional scoring (2 decimals) will be utilized as way to minimize the probably of a tie.
    Bench points followed by draft position (descending) will be used to determine a winner in the unlikely event of a tie.
    The regular season will span the first 13 weeks of the NFL regular season.
    The final regular season ranking will be determined by 1) #of wins 2) total points 3)remaining FAAB $'s 4) draft position (descending).
    Post Season
    Top 6 teams from the regular season advance to playoffs.
    There is no playoff seeding.
    An "All-Play" format will continue for Weeks 14 - 16 of the NFL regular season.
    All playoff teams are alive for the entire duration of the playoffs. Five games per week for three weeks equals 15 total games.
    The MFL site does not natively support this format so commissioner will manually adjust as necessary.
    The final post season rankings will be determined by 1) # of playoff wins 2) total playoff points 3) final regular season ranking.
    Roster & Lineup
    Starting lineup shall consist of 1QB / 2RB / 3WR / 1TE / 1FLEX (RB/WR/TE) / 1K / 1DST.
    Participants need not fill the entire lineup to accumulate points. Any position left vacant simply does not accumulate scoring.
    Any orphan teams will be left as-is. Lineup and roster moves will not be made by Commissioner for absentee owners.
    Commissioner will assist active owners in making moves if they are unable. Any Commissioner-assisted edits will be documented on the message board and are only made at the explicit direction of an owner.
    There are 7 bench spots.
    There are no positional limitations.
    There is no such thing as an invalid roster aside from roster count.
    There is no IR spot.
    A single backup player may be specified in the lineup selection each week for substitution purposes in the event a starter is declared inactive. The selection must be made in advance of them playing. Commissioner will manually adjust lineup to reflect backup player in place of inactive starter to the extent position allows. For instance, if RB played in RB slot is declared inactive but backup player is a WR replacement will not be made. If RB were played in FLEX slot, inactive RB will be substituted for WR. In the event of multiple inactives, commissioner will evaluate substitution to maximize owner score.
    Waivers
    One cycle of Free Agent Auction Bidding (FAAB) runs weekly on Tuesday night.
    FAAB budget = 100.
    Bids of 0 may be specified.
    Bids must be specified as an integer, no fractional amounts are permitted.
    Tiebreakers will be 1)wins (descending) 2)total points (descending) 3)draft order (descending).
    Add/Drops
    First-come-first serve add/drops begin Wednesday morning after FAAB process.
    Add/drops are always allowed for unlocked players.
    Added players must be held for one day.
    Dropped players lock for one day.
    All teams can continue to make moves through end of season regardless of rankings.
    Highly irrational moves are subject to review by Commissioner and may be reversed.
    Trades
    Trades process immediately.
    No review period or owner vetoes.
    Locked players cannot be traded.
    Commissioner has sole authority to reverse trades if collusion is suspected.
    Trades will not be evaluated for fairness, only highly irrational trades will be prevented.
    Trade deadline is 1st kickoff on Thanksgiving day.
    Draft
    Draft date and time is currently TBD.
    Live online.
    17 round snake.
    Order will be randomized prior to start of draft.
    Scoring
    QB / RB / WR / TE / PK
    Passing TDs = 4pts each
    Passing Yards = 1pt for every 25yards
    Passing Interceptions = -1pt for 1st, -2pts for 2nd, and -3pts for each additional above 2
    Thrown Interceptions returned for TD = -4pts in addition to interception penalty
    QB sacked = -1pts
    Passing PAT conversion = 2pts
    Rushing TDs = 6pts each
    Rushing Yards = 1pt for every 10 yards
    Rushing 2pt conversion = 2pts
    Receptions = 0.5pts per reception
    Receiving TDs = 6pts each
    Receiving Yards = 1pt for every 10 yards
    Receiving 2pt conversion = 2pts
    Fumbles lost on offense = -1pt for 1st, -2pts for 2nd, and -3pts for each additional above 2
    Fumbles lost on special teams (individual) = -1pt for 1st, -2pts for 2nd, and -3pts for each additional above 2
    Fumbles lost returned for TD = -4pts in addition to fumble penalty
    Made FG = 3 pts each 0-39 yards, 4 pts each 40-49 yards, 5 pts each 50+ yards
    Missed FG = -3 pts each 0-39 yards, -1 pts each 40-49 yards, 0 pts 50+ yards
    Made Kicking PAT = 1pt each
    Missed Kicking PAT = -1pt each
    D/ST
    Offensive + Special Team score<=7 then 15pts, 7<score<=14 then 10 pts, 14<score<=21 then 5pts, else 0pts
    Fumbles lost on Defense or Special Teams = -1pt each
    Fumble recoveries from opponent = 1pt each
    Interceptions caught = 1pt each
    Blocked FGs = 1pt each
    Blocked extra points = 1pt each
    Blocked punts = 1pt each
    Sacked QB = 1pt each
    Safety = 2pts each
    Defensive & Special Teams TDs = 6pts each
    Other
    Commissioner reserves the right to adjust or further clarify rules prior to start of season.
    If it becomes impractical to administer any rules set forth above because of site limitations, rule revisions will be made at the sole discretion of Commissioner.
    In the event of a rules gap or other unforeseen circumstances, Commissioner will use his best judgement to issue a ruling.
    It is expected that all participants play to win and display good sportsmanship.

    I've got no additional info but he's listed as doubtful, has a high ankle sprain, and hasn't practiced all week even in a limited capacity. There is virtually no chance of him playing let alone being effective. I'm not even thinking twice about sitting Pitta and rolling out Scheffler later today.
