At this point I'm rooting for Trump to pressure Zelensky to accept some kind of deal, letting go of what Russia seized, maybe keeping the Russian turf that Ukraine took and creating some kind of NATO protection of Ukraine without necessarily bringing in that country as a full member. Otherwise, this senseless slaughter will just go on for years.
