Big Thunder Mountain has been closed for a while and now the entire Tom Sawyer island and riverboat is closed as well as half the train ride. I think Buzz Lightyear is closed now too. Epcot just re-opened Test Track and closed Spaceship Earth. Ticket prices were raised in 2025 from 2024 as well. They used to make you get up at 655am for the right to purchase lightning lanes and you weren't even guaranteed getting one for the best rides. No one wants to do that on vacation. They finally changed it so you can book in advance. You get advanced booking and to select the better times if you pay them to stay on their property.
