First and foremost - I need to lose weight (would like to drop 35-40). I would also like to start lifting. Should I lose the weight first than start lifting, or is this something one should do concurrently? Also - are there any online resources to design some sort of routine? I know one extreme is bulky - WWE type, and the other extreme is super tone, runner/swimmer type. I am looking for something in the middle - but not sure how many reps of what and how often, etc. Thanks for any tips/help!
