But is the FA pickup deadline over? I see the trade deadline is done but why no more FA pickups? I wanted to cut some dead wood (Sammy Morris, Vinny T) and pick up some prospects for next year. This is a dynasty league and I dont understand why we have an add/drop freeze in season ( I can understand the playoffs as some owners may not be checking in anymore)? Especially when teams are still fighting for position.

It's just that I was under the impression that both the trade deadline and the waiver deadline were to end co-inciding with the last week of the regular season. Otherwise I would have picked up the guys I wanted on Sunday before the games started.

I think you got me this time....I wouldnt even give me an edge on the TE side. The wheels are falling off my team. Priest out, Ward not getting looks. All adds up to a win for Moz. Hopefully Priest wll be back after 2 more weeks like thay say so I cant least have a shot in the playoffs.

I started 0-5 in one league I am the defending champ in. Alexander, Henry, TJones, Suggs, McNair, ROY, Driver, Porter, Boldin, Meshawn, Gonzo. Start of the year I think i'm gonna roll. I played the top 3 scorers 3 weeks in a row. Had 1 decent week but still got beat by the 2nd highest scorer...and had 1 nasty week. Won my first week this week. Hopefully I can get a string of wins going so I can make the playoffs but it's looking pretty slim. As for your loss...sorry man...I feel your pain (of course i'm not too sorry). I heard the weather report for Miami and squeezed Booker out and put Lloyd in. Glad I did. I was sure you were starting Chambers so I thought I was doing pretty good too until I logged in and saw Driver. Nice! Anyway..the rematch will be a pretty good battle again. on the tough fight.
