Big Trade for Calvin and Witten (will answer yours!)
ampheels replied to cooolbreeze's topic in A Little Help!
i would agree, pull the trigger -
was offered turner/nicks for ray rice/brandon lloyd my roster post trade: qb-rodgers rb- turner rb- mjd flex- nicks wr/te- jennings wr/te- vjax wr/te- jimmy graham would have a bench of mcgahee/mo morris/manningham/earl bennett on the bench
-
trade 1 and it's not even debatable
-
starting obie over willis/torain as my rb 2 (mjd on bye and matthews out)..
-
rivers fumble cost me a W, ended up with a tie as bowe's catch on the next drive...fock
-
rivers fumble cost me a W more than likely.. the catch by bowe on the last drive tied us up, 8 more yards in OT and i lose...seriously phil
-
current roster qb-rodgers rb- rice/mjd/torain/mcgahee/deangelo/morris/ridley wr/te- jennings/vjax/graham/lloyd/manningham/mike will tampa would you trade vjax/torain/deangelo for beanie wells (6th round keeper)/james starks (9th round keeper and grant is a FA next season)?? post trade lineup would be rice/mjd/beanie/jennings/graham/ matchups between those 3 wideouts
-
torain has burned me the last time (started him at flex the past 3 weeks, lost the last two by less than 6 points total)
-
started out 5-0 in my big money league..put in torain as my flex the last 2 weeks due to byes and the matchups--i lost by a combined 6 points.. if i start any other player on my bench either week i win and the scary thing is, with mcgahee (my rb3) out for 2 weeks.. i will be starting torain again next week with hightower's torn ACL
-
glad i'm at -2 points from rice/mjd at the end of the 1st (-3 points for fumbles)...to think i figured down 15 was a lock with those two

need 15.1 total points from Ray Rice & MJD (had torain in @ my flex this week) -
starting torain in one league, momo in another as flex's...can't wait for keiland williams to be the hot pickup next week
-
look at his game log from the end of last year when he was getting run with the 1st team (week 11 on, best saw 7+ touches in 5 of those 7 games)..he averaged exactly 10 fantasy points per game over those weeks in traditional formats, so i would consider him a flex type of player getting starter reps/touches with that said if you can flip him for a more proven commodity i would absolutely do so...i was able to snag him in 2 leagues off waivers and have been shopping since yesterday
-
traded for lloyd tonight.. will be a flex play option for me in a 2 rb, 3wr/te league, hoping he can put up decent #'s in an offense he knows that will be down and forced to throw often
-
just moved best/miles austin for mjd/brandon llyod/knowshon (mcgahee owner)...
-
traded dmc/ingram/manningham for best/jennings/vjax this past week.. will be doing everything i can to trade best before this news gets out
-
i actually like mike williams as a very cheap buy low..that defense is pretty atrocious and tampa is going to have to throw it all over the yard to be competitive i think he could be had relatively cheap and has substantail upside in the 2nd half of the season
-
little without a doubt..significantly higher upside
-
timely bye week coming up for the chargers, should be fine for week 7
-
there's a reason why you're soon to be 0-4 and i'll be 5-0 in two leagues and 4-1 in another (loss this week to the high point scorer)...but thanks for the comment above, was merely saying that should attempt to find an owner that's willing to bite on deangelo based off a box score
-
percy owner but haven't played him a single week all season...with that said, it amazes me that a 1-4 team does absolutely nothing to involve their only perimeter threat in the offense, blows my mind
-
after decent enough games between dwill/mcgahee/ingram.. i will doing everything possible to package these guys up for a reliable rb to slot into my flex spot, it's evident that the panthers have no intent to establish the run and are comfortable throwing it around 45 times a game and getting 4 wins this year
-
Don't think this actually hurts Marshall's value this much. Sure Henne > Matt Moore, but Moore has a good arm to slang it downfield and Marshall is probably going to get force fed throws.
-
I'm all in on Mark Ingram this week..should be by far his most productive game of the season given the matchup
