You should not have vetoed either trade. You are placing WAY too much value on the Chicago DEF. The streak of good fortune for a DEF can only last so long. DEF TDs do not grow on trees, they are mostly gifts and only partly skill. How many points did that DEF score on Monday night?! You should also have a trade deadline (like after week 11) so this stuff doesn't happen. Honestly I believe you owe TEAM 1 and TEAM 11 an apology.

I'll drop this guy, u drop that guy...

Of course it's collusion. WTH? -
This. They hardly ever score on the ground but when they do...Rodgers and Kuhn hog all the rushing TDs. That leaves Starks and Green to split about 90 yds per game. Yuck.

The new ads on here are kind of annoying.

Wk 9 What do u need MNF post...

I need Drew Brees to break his arm so I don't have to play him next week. Also need Graham to stay within 10pts of Hartley. I got this in the bag! I mean, come on....what are the chances Hartley outscores Graham by 10pts. That's never gonna happen. Ilovetojinxmyself -
Any FCS peeps on this forearm?

Montana State! How about them Bobcats! -
Favorable schedule no doubt. But I doubt they are 6th if you go by per game average. In my league they are tied with Seattle at 10th/11th....with 8.88 pts per game. Further, based on average per game....they only average 1.5 pts per game more than the 18th place DEF (Green Bay). They are nothing to get excited about so far this year. As always, DEFs are a crap shoot. Good luck.

NE DEF is on bye and they aren't that good anyway. Seriously. Just wait until tomorrow morning, they will still be there! Plus-- If the player you're dropping is desirable...the chances are very small that your opponent will end up with him after he clears waivers. You're over-thinking things.

Beware the career game. His production will mirror Nate Burleson's production in the same role. A good pickup.......except that he's been an immature spoiled brat and lost the trust of his coaches on numerous occasions....so he might get

By next week I am sure the coaches will forget that Luck found rookie stud Vick Ballard on a throw-back screen for the highlight-reel, game-winning 16-yard touchdown.
-
It's Alex Green time.
-
Random thoughts...... Then why did they draft Ballard this year? Coming out of high school Ballard must have been the superior talent as Brown had to play for lowly Connecticut.....while Ballard played in the SEC against stout defenses. What has changed? What is fact.....is that Donald Brown should not have been drafted in the first round. My feeling is that the only advantage Brown has is that Ballard is a rookie. It's only a matter of time until Ballard is the official starter.

Is it just me or should the Vikings have elected to kick a FG

If you are down by 2TDs, two 2pt conversions and a field goal with 5 minutes left....it's pretty much the same as being down by 3TDs. I see nothing wrong with going for the TD. Yes it "effectively" ended the game, but they weren't going to win anyway. -
Bad schedule Bad situation Bad offense LSH Beanie will be back Powell is droppable.

How much of fantasy football is luck?
travis_henrys_baby_momma replied to Giants Fan's topic in FFToday Board
There is a lot of luck involved!! In mid-August I looked like a mastermind for "skillfully" drafting these guys. My first 5 picks-- I am 5th in points 1. (6) Aaron Rodgers (GB - QB) 2. (19) Jimmy Graham (NO - TE) 3. (30) Steven Jackson (StL - RB) 4. (43) Julio Jones (Atl - WR) 5. (54) Willis McGahee (Den - RB) In mid-August this guy looked like a clown. Commissioner's first 5 picks -- he is the points leader 1. (12) Eli Manning (NYG - QB) 2. (13) Victor Cruz (NYG - WR) 3. (36) Jamaal Charles (KC - RB) 4. (37) Jordy Nelson (GB - WR) 5. (60) Dwayne Bowe (KC - WR) -
All that matters is that I finally dropped Kevin Smith last week. Rest assured he will be the new starter very soon.

Better record but still ranked lower?

You are in 2nd place in your division. He is in 2nd place for waiver priority. And I am pretty sure that both of you need to get laid. -
This.

I would like the original poster to explain himself. If you look at his post history it appears he tries to be a useful contributor on the help board.

jimmy graham out. Anyone starting D Thomas?
travis_henrys_baby_momma replied to megatron's mom's topic in FFToday Board
I grabbed Jared Cook and will play him this week. If I had any roster space...I would consider stashing D Thomas to see how he does this week and possibly use him next week if Graham is still out. -
Actually, he was in the box score for making the tackle after Smith threw the INT....

Arizona homers - William Powell look any good?
travis_henrys_baby_momma replied to tbk420's topic in FFToday Board
This. Thanks to bye week hell and the Jimmy Graham situation I am dropping Powell. His schedule is horrible....his situation is horrible....and Beanie is due to be back in Week 12. -
Kinda nutty thing happened and now I need advice!
travis_henrys_baby_momma replied to Draft Dodger's topic in FFToday Board
This may also be the most cleverly disguised "team management" question in the history of the board. And he said NUTTY in his amazing and descriptive thread title. Frick yeah. -
