    I thinking about starting Patterson over Cecil Shorts as well. Cecil is nursing a sore hammy, would have had an awful game last week without the lone touchdown, and just isn't very exciting. Patterson on the otherhand is exciting (see the gif above) and will be the primary playmaker on the field with AD, Carlson, and Gerhart all hurting. Vikes are also playing in a dome, so no chance of bad weather impacting the game.

    I think NE shuts down Gordon this week. I don't think he clears 60 yards, with no TDs. He has bouyed my FF team the last month, but I'm benching him and starting Roddy White in his place. If the Hoodie can game plan to shut down Jimmy Graham with Brees throwing him the ball, he can shut down Gordon with a scrub throwing the ball.

     

    My prediction is 7 catches, 60 yards, 0 TDs - and 50 of it coming in garbage time.

     

    I'm kinda feeling the same thing. Thinking of starting Cecil Shorts over him.

    • Draft young
    • Draft a top tier gunslinging (+4000yds) passing QB
    • Only 60% of top 10 RB live up to the ranking so I never draft RB>RB
    • WR is the most inconsistent position week to week. so I always go for at least 2 of the top 8 WR.
    • Don't bench your studs
    • get depth and value thru waiver wire every week
    • When looking for upside pay attention to jobs available first( mediocre,old,ineffective staters) for the taking then see who on the roster that look promising see (Ellington,Stacy,Andre Brown,

    Good list. I would move drafting a high caliber QB as the number 1 bullet.
