  1. I'll take Braylon Edwards as well. I think Berrian could have a very good season this year, just not this week against the Bolts. Rex will be running for his life in this one.

    QB Help

I like Alex Smith's matchup against the Cards way more than Vince Young vs. JAC. The Titans lost some key parts of the offense so I might take a wait-and-see approach with Vince. Another reason? MADDEN CURSE!

    C-Pep

Well, I'm one of the many frustrated C-Pep owners this year. Unfortunately, my other two QBs (Bledsoe and Plummer) haven't done much better. Do I drop Culpepper for one of the following or hang on hoping he can return for a strong finish? Or I could simply stick with my two remaining QBs and pick up a WR/RB. Thanks! (10-team, nonkeeper, start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 Flex, 1 TE, 1 K&D) Available QBs: - Joey Harrington - Trent Green - Aaron Brooks - Steve McNair - Charlie Frye - Matt Leinart - Alex Smith Available RB/WR: - Matt Jones - Rod Smith - Drew Bennett - Joe Jurevicius - Noah Herron - Troy Williamson My roster: QB - Bledsoe, Plummer, Culpepper RB - L.Johnson, S.Jackson, F.Gore, K.Jones, B.Jacobs, J.Norwood WR - Holt, Wayne, L.Evans, B.Edwards TE - L.J. Smith, Watson K - Longwell D - San Diego

Which one to drop for a fill-in QB

Agreed. Give Welker the boot. No big loss if you don't get him back. QB Thoughts?

    HELP at WR

I like Andre Johnson, Ward, and Galloway. At TE, I play McMichael since he looks far better with Harrington and he's healthy. QB Thoughts?

    Morris vs MBIII

I say this depends on your scoring. If it's TD-heavy, I give the ball to Marion Barber. Yardage-heavy or PPR, Mo Morris gets the call. QB Thoughts?

    Galloway or Reggie Brown?

They are both solid plays this week so I don't think you can really go wrong. I lean towards Reggie Brown since Stallworth is still out and McNabb is playing at such a high level right now. Best of luck! QB Thoughts?

    Trade worthwhile?

I don't think a kicker is worth a position player in most cases. An injured kicker especially. I don't see how this would help you, honestly. QB Thoughts?

    Chad or Joey

Chad Johnson will get his sooner than later. Every week starter. I'll take Palmer over Gradkowski any day. QB Thoughts?
  10. Chambers. Far better matchup and a non-rookie at QB. With Fitz out, Bears will probably double Boldin all day. QB Thoughts?

Trade TO away for Andre Johnson

I think I'd take either Johnson for T.O. Prefer Chad, of course. No way he stays down for much longer. If you can do it, pull the trigger. QB Thoughts?

    Was this a good trade?

Given T.O.'s volatile nature, I'd take the Portis side of this deal. Bush will be fun to watch but the TDs could be few and far between. Thanks for mine.

    Pick 3 WR to Start......

It's very hard to bench Berrian and Evans since they are so hot right now. I start those two for sure and throw in Hines Ward. Pittsburgh is at home and NEED to put up a "W" this week. Hines will be a big part of their effort. Good luck! QB Thoughts?

    blockbuster trade offer

To me, this all depends on Tatum Bell. If he becomes the feature back, this is a great trade for you. If not, you may be kicking yourself. And I thought Alexander was only going to miss a couple weeks? If you're a gambling man, go ahead and pull the trigger.

    RB & WR help

Need some lineup help, guys. (10 yards/pt, 6 pt/TD, NO ppr) RB: (pick one) - Kevin Jones (@STL) - looked good against GB but that's not saying much - Frank Gore (@KC) - nice matchup, but health and role ?s WR: (pick one) - Braylan Edwards (@OAK) - big play potential, but will likely be inconsistent - Drew Bennett (DAL) - still putting up numbers despite poor supporting cast - Lee Evans (MIN) - finally showed up last week. More to come? Thanks!

    Important Roster Spot

I think Jacobs can be a decent bye-week fill in since he figure to get the goal-line carries plus some additional work giving Tiki a breather. However, Jones-Drew could very well see a feature role should something happen to Fred Taylor (very likely). I think Jacobs is the safer play but Jones-Drew could offer more reward if Taylor breaks something. Lineup Help Please

    trade help

I think I hang onto Ronnie Brown for a while longer. Miami's offense can't possibly be any worse so you'd be selling low, which you try to never do. Too early to abandon ship IMO. Lineup Help Please

    Pick up Mike Robinson?

You just never know with Shanahan. I'd hang onto him for a while longer. Robinson will be a short-yardage specialist at best as long as Gore can take the field. Lineup Help Please

    Which QB and why?

Delhomme fo sho! STEVE SMITH is back baby! Indy has been run on this year, but they've still been tough vs. the pass. Good luck! Lineup Help Please

    RB Help

I just don't see Wali Lundy having much value with Ron Dayne and Samkon Gado now part of the mix in Houston's running game. Would you drop him for one of these two? - Jerious Norwood (serious skills, but not much regular playing time) - Ladell Betts (Another crowded RB situation in Washington) My RB's: Larry Johnson, Steven Jackson, Frank Gore, Kevin Jones, Brandon Jacobs, Wali Lundy (10 team redraft nonkeeper, Start 2 RB and a Flex, 10 yards/pt, 6 pt/TD, no PPR)

    Drop D. Foster to P/U D. Williams?

I don't think I would. Deshaun is still the starter at least for now (and this week). I would drop Reggie Williams right after the bye week and hope that Deangelo is still available.

    add/drop

Grossman has posted good numbers against Green Bay and Detroit. I don't think he'll be so impressive against better opponents. Culpepper on the other hand has struggled against Pittsburgh and Buffalo. I have a hunch your opinion of these two QBs will reverse after Week 3 (Mia vs. Ten, Chi @ Min). On the same note, I think Antonio Bryant is a more complete receiver than Berrian. RB Thoughts?

    Some Trade Advice

Personally, I like both deals. I like Wayne and Boldin much more than D-Jax and Andre Johnson. Westbrook is better than Jamal, but he always seems to be one play away from a season-ending injury. I think Peyton is in for a monster year and I'd do Carson and Galloway to acquire him. RB Thoughts?
  24. FFBGuy

    #2 WR

It looks like D-Jax will be playing this week, so he is definitely your play if TJ can't go.
  25. FFBGuy

    choose 2 of 3 RB's!

Westbrook is a no-brainer vs. Houston this week. I would also keep the Cadillac in the garage this week against Baltimore. I see a low scoring affair in that game. Steven Jackson's match-up isn't great either, but he has a lot to prove and they'll pound the rock with him with the new coaching staff.
