    RB advice please!

I don't like it. I think Kevin Jones has way more upside and while Barlow might emerge as the starter for the Jets, it looks like RBBC for now (w/ Blaylock, Houston, etc.). Plus, I think the Lions will put up more points this year than the Jets.
  2. You gotta go with the starting RB here. GB says they won't lighten the load for Green, so he should get plenty of touches. Norwood would be my second choice, but his matchup against Carolina isn't any easier.

    What RB to start?

I think Droughns starts for sure against the 'Aints. And I would go with Corey Dillon against the Bills. Buffalo really couldn't stop anyone on the ground last year and Dillon should be good for a TD.

Need RB help! will help you.

I'll take McGahee. San Diego stuffed the run big-time last year. I had Lamont last year and I don't think he broke 60 yards rushing vs. SD.

Drop Greg Jennings for Joe Jurevicius?

I would. It is pretty rare for rookie WRs to excel (with a few exceptions like Boldin & Randy Moss). Vicious Joe is solid and a nice redzone target. His role should be bigger with the Browns this year too.

Shockey or Watson in Week 1

As a Watson owner, I am praying that he goes off this year. However, until he puts up a dominant game (say 100+ yards and a Touch), I gotta play the Shocked one.

Need Major RB decision help for week 1

Ronnie Brown and Chester Taylor without hesitation.

Who would you start for a 3rd WR?

I think Driver is an every week starter for you this year. I can't see benching him for Muhammad ever and I'd take a wait-and-see approach with Mr. Jones.

    Chambers or Burress

I would start Chambers over Plax every week unless Plax had a huge match-up advantage. He does not (vs. Indy) this week.

    Deshaun Foster or Corey Dillon?

Dillon will still get the goal-line call even if Maroney plays some (he wasn't on their injury report today). And I still think Foster loses out to Goings or Shelton at the goal-line. I start Dillon this week.

    Week 1 Starting Line Up

QB: I think you start Bulger this week, especially if Steve Smith is out. RB: I'll stick with Ronnie Brown and Droughns WR: Agree with your picks TE: Gonzo - Chiefs will have to throw to keep up with Bengals K & D: Agree with your picks

    Need two flex players

Thomas Jones is a must start against the Packers' D which has more holes than swiss cheese. As my #2 flex, I would probably go with one of your receivers. I think T.O. gets most of the attention for Dallas, so I'll go with Matt Jones at home against Dallas.
  13. Your full-time RBs all have tough match-ups, so just go with the best players this week. I start Ronnie Brown and Kevin Jones. At WR you have to start Chad Johnson and Chris Chambers every week. I think I'd go with Joe Horn vs. Cle this week as he's clearly the go-to guy in the passing game with Stallworth gone. Good luck!

    RJ, SJ or LJ

I'll take Rudi. Cinci should be every bet as explosive as they were last year which means lots o' TDs for Rudi. Also, with Chris Perry out for the first part of the season, Rudi could see more touches. If it's a PPR league, however, he probably does fall below Lamont and Mr. Jackson.
  15. Chambers every week and Driver most weeks. I would strongly consider Evans this week vs. the Pats. This is his break-out year!

2 Flex Positions, who do you start?

Wali is still starting so you gotta go with him. I also like Rod Smith against the Rams' D. Thanks for mine!

    Who Should I Start

I know San Diego is tough but I wouldn't want to start Jones in both leagues. Split the difference and start Lamont in League 1 and TJ in League 2. Jordan catches a lot of passes too so he could still have a nice game against the Bolts and Thomas Jones will run all over the Cheeseheads. Thanks for mine!

    Back-up QB

Who would you guys rather have as your backup QB (to Donovan McNabb) in a 12-team, nonkeeper league? - Steve McNair (BAL) - Jon Kitna (DET) I currently have McNair but was thinking that the Baltimore offense would be a conservative, ball-control offense. Mike Martz's system, on the other hand, tends to put a lot of yardage and points on the board. Thoughts? Thanks, guys!

lots of who to start questions

QB: Gotta love Warner's matchup vs. SF this week. RB: McGahee and Chester. Your other choices will be splitting carries. WR: Smith and C.J. (nice duo! ) TE: Watson (it's his year baby!) K: Reed (who cares) DEF: Miami (nice matchup with no Big Ben) QB HELP

    Flex me!

Who should I start at the Flex position in Week 1? (10 yards/pt, 6 pt/TD, No PPR) - Lee Evans @ N.E. (New England had the second-worst pass D last year) - Frank Gore @ ARI (Zona was #10 vs. the run in 2005) - Kevin Jones vs SEA (Sea was #5 vs. the run in 2005) Many thanks!

    Fast Willie vs. McGahee?

I'd probably take it, though I wouldn't call it a no-brainer. Big Ben is only out for one week and FWP is poised to break-out this year (no Bus = fantasy gold). I like McGahee to bounce back to 2004 numbers and Glenn is a big enough upgrade over Gabriel (at least right now) for me to pull the trigger. Good luck to you! A little help?

    Little help here

There is nothing on that list that warrants losing waiver priority (at least not yet). Be ready to pounce when someone gets injured (Ahman Green?) or roles become more defined. Good luck! A little help?

    Trade Lundy?

It's a decent trade for Horn especially with Ron Dayne in Houston now. But with S.Moss and Driver, you are set at WR since you only start 2. Rod Smith is a decent enough bye-week fill-in. I'd probably stand pat for now. Good luck! A little help?

    Bench Ronnie vs. mighty Pittsburg?

I think Brown (Chris) will lose carries to both Travis Henry and Lendale White. And with the crazy QB situation, it could be ugly in Tennessee at least in the early going. Ronnie Brown is your stud this year. I'd start him every week. Good luck! A Little Help?

    Line up check

I agree with your picks. I might consider starting Antonio Bryant over Rod Smith. Javon could fast become Plummer's favorite target. A Little Help?
