This smells of Arians trying to motivate DJohnson. I think next game the split is 50-50 or maybe 60-40 in favor of CJohnson, with the coaching staff hoping Djohnson makes the most of his opportunities and "earns" the feature role - a la Jeremy Hill last year. I think before the halfway point of the season, if Djohnson takes care of the football, he will become the main guy, with ellington playing the Giovanni Bernard role and Cjohnson being insurance.

He is insanely good - IMO a much more compete DT than Suh and younger.Good for bills fans, their DL will be phenomenal for a while.

I am looking to get into DFS, but would like some suggestions on where to play and what games. essentially i would like to start small ($10 -$40 a week games) and i would like to play a format that rewards you for finishing in the top half or top 70ish%, as that where i think i could finish. Any ideas on the best site (highest payout) and game type for this type of goal? Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Which Rookie RB are you targeting this year and why. Obviously Gordon/Gurley will be going a bit higher than some of the others - but is there a guy you think will become a starter and be the next Jeremy Hill?

that is tough - i like what Matt jones has done better...and in some senses Ellington is better than Alfred...but i feel like David Johnson is in the same position as Jeremy Hill last year. Gio and Ellington are similar. Both are talented, but likely best suited to be change of pace guys. I could see David Johnson being a guy who either does nothing this year, or becomes the guy who gets 1st/2nd down work and goaline by midseason.

Rex said he wanted to keep the starting QB a secret to keep Indy in the dark - but relented because he didn't want his players being badgered the next two weeks about who the qb is. Its not just that they could pay more...its that they should pay more. If everyone had $100 dollars to buy 10 apples, then apples would cost $10 each. But if you got to keep 2 apples for $1...now you only need 8 apples and have 98 dollars, so each apple is worth $12.25...got what i'm saying?

In my second year of a Auction with Keepers - what is your strategy for this type of draft? Typically in Auctions i try to nominate players i don't like and be patient and wait for people to spend their money. However, with keepers creating inflation, i am thinking the value might be at the beginning of the draft. what say you?

I just find that people tend to be suckered by the draft site (ESPN, Yahoo, ECT) value posted for each player, and don't realize in auction keeper that the value being posted is not adjusted to compensate for the inflation caused by keeping players for steals.

I am in the 2nd year of an auction with 2 keepers. I noticed something last year and want to know all your thoughts. With keepers, obviously people are keeping players for less than their market value. Thus, the total amount of money teams have for the auction no longer correlates to the projected cost of players available in a start from scratch league (from yahoo in my example). Their is more money, for less value available, i.e, there is inflation. Thus, My strategy is to go out guns blazing. Nominate the guys i want most and if they are projected at costing $50, I will be ok paying say $58 to get them, ifthat is what their true value is given the inflation caused by keepers. My question is does anyone else do this? Or how do you approach auctions with keepers?
