This is the second year of what was a highly competitive league last year that came down to the wire for several teams. That said, there are a few that will not be rejoining for one reason or another which leaves a few spots to fill. We have implemented a rookie keeper aspect, therefore should you join you may select anyone that was a rookie last year who is not currently deemed a keeper as your keeper to build your franchise. Outside of this concept the league is pretty typical and setup the common way most other leagues are setup. Once the league is full and paid we can start to throw around some other ideas that might make the league more interesting/fun. I am hoping to get these spots filled ASAP so that we can get a slow draft started which will allow the actual draft to move along much more quickly and possibly not even need to take place. Nevertheless, all picks during the live draft or otherwise, we will have a very interactive and exciting league where the elite fantasy minds will walk away with a nice amount of bounty. I was asked why did I state I was using the website to randomize draft order and also state I was using ESPN. I am hoping to give owners more than the one hour before the draft that ESPN allocates to review their draft pick and draft strategy. Therefore, as soon as all teams are confirmed and League Safe is full there will be a draft order in place.

Down to three spots... I have been asked on different occasions to clarify the rookie keeper, if you draft a rookie you are allowed to keep him next year and so on without costing a draft pick, only a roster spot. If your keeper is traded or dropped then he no longer has keeper status. Therefore, if you watch college football closely you can build a dynasty. Given how short the average NFL player's career is that is somewhat unlikely, but possible. This is to give it a more GM like feel. Getting Peyton Manning or Sam Bradford could be your "franchise QB." lol Anyhow, please let me know if you have any questions or are interested, I can get the invite out in less than 12 hours.
