Winds aren't a major factor except for any thunderstorm generated winds, which could bring some gusty winds over 30mph if they are not in a delay when the storm line moves through.

Godwin has tough matchup, and don’t really trust new qb in Vegas. Moss is in an at best timeshare but the Panthers run D is terrible.

I’d go stroud. Even when healthy Watson has looked terrible.
