    Greg Little

As some of the previous posts pointed out, he has te burst and te ability to make people miss, or hit them with a powerful stiff arm. He is a former college running back, and after last year only has 2 years experience at WR. Maybe what you saw last year was a guy who hadn't played in 15 months, and is still learning a new position.

6'1 220 is now considered huge? By the way, he runs in the 4.5's, I wouldn't call that exactly slow. Not all NFL WR's run 4.3's like everyone likes to believe..

    Supplemental Draft

Josh Gordon ran a 4.52 at his pro day... I am pretty sure that would have been the 11th fastest at the combine this year. He also has a 36" vertical and a 10'1 broad jump, a long with a 6'3 225lbs frame. He has huge hands at 10" and an incredible 82" wingspan. These types of stats can not be taught, and would deserve a look on the second day of an NFL draft regardless of his stats (Stephen Hill). Most NFL scouts had him graded higher than both Brian Quick and Stephen Hill who were both drafted in the 2nd. I love the move by the Browns, at worst he replaces Massaquoi. And at best, he has the potential to develop into a Pro Bowl receiver. Giving up a 2nd rounder for a guy that might have been a 1st round pick in 2013 isn't a bad deal. And as far as the Browns needing speed and someone to stretch the field, they drafted Travis Benjamin in the 4th round. (similar size and speed to Desean Jackson) he turned in a blazing 4.35 40 at the combine.

    Ryan Leaf Question

Surprisingly, when you look at Couch's numbers, he wasn't that bad. He just had a raw deal in Cleveland, the fans were to drunk to show support, and the coaching staff was just trying to save their own jobs for another year. The backup QB in Cleveland is always the fan favorite, so when the fans called for Holcomb, it ending Couch's career. It's a shame, he has been the best QB in Cleveland since their return in 1999. Just as a reference point, Couch ha no RB or WR or OL to speak of. So throwing for 4k and 20 some TD's in a season should be considered an accomplishment.
  5. I know everyone on this board has heard it before, but I am going to say it again. Greg Little is currently being drafted 9th-10th round. Some people may have a sour taste in their mouth from last year, just because of unrealistic expectations. Last year as a rookie with no RB or QB to speak of, Little put up 60 some catches and over 700 yards. Now he has a better QB (more accurate an stronger arm) and a RB to speak of. Even if his numbers don't improve (doubtfull), I would say he is a steal at his current ADP. An before anyone can bring up his TD total from last year (2 TDs), I never really count on TDs only because they can be very unpredictable. I determine value on targets, catches, and yards... TDs are just the icing on my Championship Cake!

    Forte/Bush

Personally I like to handcuff my kickers, you never know when the turf monster will reach up and grab one of them.

    Forte/Bush

I would let the guy hold onto Bush an waste a roster spot. Forte has never been TD machine, so all this talk about losing goal line carries is a mute point. Forte value is in his total yardage, and receptions in a ppr league. These numbers won't change with Bush. Forte has had goal line backs and change of pace backs his entire career, yet still managed 1500 total yards a season with at least 50 receptions a year. And as stated in an earlier post, Forte is extremely durable. Last year was the first year tht Forte has ever missed any time with an injury (and it wasn't. Major injury). Reports came out last year, that if the Bears had a shot at the playoffs he would have played. The Bears shut him down because there was no reason to bring him back for meaningless game and risk reinjuring him. There have been very few times I have ever seen the point in handcuffing someone. 99% of the time, it just isn't worth the roster spot to hold someone's back up.

    Mohamed Sanu

I don't have any trouble with the 45-55 receptions or even the 500-600 yards most are talking about. The part I am struggling with is the 5 TD's. I'm comfortable with saying Sanu will finish with 2 or 3 TD's this year. He just doesnt have the speed to break a long one, and he will have to fight with Gresham and Green for red zone looks. Not that I think Sanu will finish with these numbers, but I would have an easier time believing 55-700-2 before 50-500-5. My safe bet would have Sanu something like 45-500-3.

    Mohamed Sanu

By no means is an attempt at bashing your opinions. I just want people interested in Sanu to have a complete understanding of him. Pre-combine he was viewed as a late 1st round, but more of a early day 2 prospect. His combine unfortanately didn't help him at all, he was hyped as high 4.4 speed but when he ran in the high 4.6's his stock dropped. Sanu has some of the best hands in the draft (huge hands), and plays extremely physical. He uses his body well to shield the defender away from the ball. He is also not afraid of contact, in fact he is more likely to lower a shoulder and go through you then to try (try being the key word) and put a move on you. Played some RB in his 3 years in college (over 600 yards rushing in his career). More importantly he put up his receiving numbers with a different QB each of his 3 years, all of which were freshman. I will cometely agree that he is a non factor in the deep passing game (lack of speed and quickness). And this also carries over into some of his routes. He can be a little slow in and out of breaks due to his lack of speed and quickness. This lack of speed will also have an affect him getting off the line at times. Although he fights through bump coverage very well (he is very physical and strong), at 6'2 and over 220 pounds he is quite a specimen. Sanu also was never asked to run complex routes, which Will lead some to say he is not a good route runner. This in fact is not true, although easier routes he ran them very well. As far as the National Football Post ranking of 6.8 F D, please use the grading scale they provide to see what their opinion of Sanu is: (reference only, Blakmon was 7.5 and Floyd was 7.0) Here’s a detailed look at how the National Football Post evaluates and grades NFL draft prospects: Starting Caliber 9.0 Starts first game as a pro… A rare prospect who possesses rare physical attributes which have an obvious impact on the game… Will instantly become one of the best players at his position in the NFL. 8.5 Becomes a starter during his rookie year… A prospect who possesses physical attributes that will create mismatches and have an obvious impact on the game… Will become one of the premier players in the league. 8.0 Starts in first game as a pro… A prospect who possesses physical attributes that will create mismatches vs. most opponents… A featured player on a team. 7.5 Becomes a starter during his rookie year… A prospect who possesses physical attributes that will create mismatches vs. most opponents… A featured player on team. 7.0 Becomes a starter during his rookie year… Becomes a solid NFL player who has no real weakness… Can’t be exploited or consistently taken out of games. Dirty Starter Caliber / Specialty Player 6.9 Contributes first year and starts second year… Must be able to get on the field and make a contribution as a rookie… Expected to start his second year in the league. 6.8 Contributes first year, but may take time to become a starter… Has the ability to become a starter and will be expected to assume a starting role. 6.7 Contributes first year, but doesn’t possess the physical and/or athletic skill set required to ever become a starter. Backup/Depth Caliber 5.9 Has a deficient area of his playing or physical skills that he SHOULD overcome and contribute as a backup and spot player only. 5.8 Has a deficient area of his playing or physical skills that will be DIFFICULT to overcome, but will contribute as a backup and spot player only. 5.7 Has a deficient area of his physical skills that CANNOT be overcome, but has been productive and can contribute as a backup and spot player only. J This prospect is an underclassman and has decided to enter the draft early. M This prospect lacks football intelligence to play his position in the NFL… Has a problem understanding schemes or taking information from the classroom to the field. O This prospect is an overachiever that grades out high in competitiveness, character and production. P This prospect is being projected by the scout to play a position in the NFL that he has never played in college. The scout must feel this prospect has the potential to start in the NFL at the projected position. S This prospect lacks the required playing speed for his position. T This prospect is a tight or “stiff” player and the tightness has an effect on his play. U This prospect is an underachiever, but must have the physical skills required to be a starter in the NFL… The underachiever can be a result of any factor EXECPT physical ability. X This prospect has an injury problem that has AFFECTED his play. Z This prospect lacks the required height for his position. Lastly, having watched and read everything that I could get my eyes on over the last year, I can honestly say I have not read nor heard anything about Sanu being lazy, or having a poor work ethic. And before anyone asks, I am not a Bengal fan nor Sanu homer. I am simply a guy with a unhealthy football obsession. It's football season 12 months out of the year at my house. ** sorry for any grammar errors, I am writing this from my IPhone.

    The Dynasty Q&A thread

Yes, there is a a ppr aspect to the league I am in. And although I like Nicks, the emergence of Cruz has taken away some targets and yards. Not to mention the weekly "game time decisions" that Nicks seems fond of. As for Marshall, he is so inconsistent, relying on him has a solid contributor is almost impossible. One week Marshall will put up 18 points only to completely fall off the stat sheet the next. And then I am left with starting Little as my 3rd WR (start 3 WR), and even though there is some upside, trusting anyone on the Cleveland offense is just a scary idea. Not that I have great depth at RB, I do feel comfortable trading Forte away. The lack of offensive line, play making WR, and a new offensive coordinator leave me to believe that is ceiling isnt as high as it once was. Not that he wont be or cant be a force still, I just felt he was a great fit for a Martz offense. My remaining RBs would be as follows: Rice, Murray, Hunter, and I would target a RBs with my second round picks (I have 2). I would have the hope that Martin would fall to me in the 2nd, or trade both my 2nds to move up and grab Martin in the late first.

    The Dynasty Q&A thread

I am currently trying to move Forte for the 1st overall pick. In turn, I would then trade down for the 2nd overall and Britt. I would then grab Blackmon at #2 and hope for the best. My hope is to build on my WR's, currently sitting on Marhall, Nicks, Little, Amendola, and waiver fodder.

Seeing as how the the post was mocking you and calling you a NE Homer, I guess I don't understand why you would assume anyone refered to you as a giants fan. I guess I am a "focking idiot" and just "way over my head".

    RG3 to Skins @2

I completely understand that Flynn coming to Cleveland is unlikely. But as you said, there are no receivers to talk about. That's why I would rather see the Browns target Blackmon, and then go after a FA or target a QB in the 2nd or 3rd. Also, Holmgren an Shurmur are known for developing QBs. So if Flynn thought he could get something out of them to take his game to the next level he might consider Cleveland. Moreso, Cleveland has plenty of cap room to overpay what they think might be their franchise QB. So all that, plus a pass happy west coast offense here in Cleveland could open up te possibility of signing Flynn.

    RG3 to Skins @2

Read the post again.. Sometimes things make more sense when you actually read the posts. As a Cleveland fan, I would hate to see them trade up for RGIII. I would much rather see the Browns throw cash at Flynn and grab Blackmon with the 4th overall if he is still there.

    This Forum Is Incredibly SLOW

Insightful post... It's trash like this that ruins this board for me. You have a better shot at getting into an Internet argument than hear someone talk about football on this board. The original poster was merely stating a well known fact. This would be the type of feedback Mike should want if he wants his site to be the biggest and best. To the original poster: I agree with your post, but where I feel this site really makes up some ground on the other sites is, the evaluation of rookies. Some very knowledgable posters and reviews, especially helpful for those in dynasty leagues.

Why you can feel confident starting Tebow Week 11

If this was the first time, I would tend to agree with you. But he has done this in every game he ha played in. He scores fantasy points In the most absurd ways, even when getting pounded into the dirt and throwing incomplete passes.
