Not to throw fuel on the fire. But for the last few years they have tried putting other conference champions against the SEC champs, and it has not worked out for the other conferences. Who in your opinion is the second best team in the country?

With playoffs around the corner lets discuss D/ST that get points for return yardage. What teams have great punters and kickers so we know to avoid those teams. I have the Bears, Hester/Knox have brought the Bears to the #1 D in my league averaging 21.9 points. I was watching the game Monday night and the Saints kicker was blasting it through the end zone on most kickoffs. So I will start the list off with the Saints with reasons why and update. I have been considering this for this past 2 weeks... BUT I know how pissed I would be at myself if I lost after pulling this kind of lame move.

His games in high school were the same way, the whole defense knew he was getting the ball and still could not stop him. I saw some of the same when he was at Georgia. Quarter back would lob it in to double coverage and he still would come down with it.

He went to my high school, I watched all his highlights while he was high school(I even went to a few games) and college. I did not see him having this quick of an impact in the NFL. I thought he was to skinny and would get beat around. I have talked to his past coaches and they all said he was going to be an NFL reciever while still in high school. I should have at least picked him up late in my draft. I will not let him slip past my team next year. I still think he needs to put a little more weight on to be durable, but who knows, he proved me wrong this year.

Now that is some good information. It still will not keep me from starting Rice. I can not imagine someone having better options (in ppr).

I have been watching this for the last couple of weeks to see if it was true. Ravens seem to feed Rice the ball at home and overthink his use on the road. Not sure why but it definitly seems to be a trend with them. And, NO I would not consider benching him.

I did not watch the game. How did Felix look compared to Murray. I see in the box score that Felix average 3.6 per and Murray had 2.9 per. Sounds like pretty similiar results.

I am pretty sure you should also take into account what he did in weeks 6 7 8, and what he was doing in week 9 before the injury, He is not a "top 5" reciever.

No... But you should be able to kick the guy in the nuts. Seriously, as a mcfag owner I am starting to think that McFadden may be out for a long time. (secret foot injury, that requires a three week boot and crutches). It may wind up being a good trade, who knows.

If I was looking for a D it would be the Rams. I told myself at the begin of the season that I would WW till week 9 then pick up the rams. They started their run week 8 and have a favorable schedule rest of the way. I now have Chicago and Houston and will probably play matchups with those two.

Fu to me!! I have been rolling along nicely with a 7-1 record. Then, I decided I really wanted the win this week with Stafford on a bye and Ryan as my back-up I packaged a trade of Smith(car) & Ryan for Vick & M. Austin. Then, another of B. Marshall for peanuts. Damn me... Ryan and Marshall would have given me the win by plenty. Now I'm stuck with Austin's bum hamstring (I thought Austin would see the targets after Bryants antics last week). I screwed my self! I miss you S. Smith. I did not want Vick past this week, I was going to package him to the Rivers owner (Rivers has a great week ) I really overthought this one (Lesson learned)

This! Those were 2 great defenses, but the offenses looked sub-par to me as well (mostly the QB's).
