    you have to play romo.

     

    it's all about winning. i benched eli after week 1, oops.

     

    romo vs. chi, wow. romo at home in the dome. possible t-storms in jax. (see how it affected flacco!)

     

    i am trying to talk you into romo because this is why you drafted him in the 7th round and got dalton in the 12th.

    I have a feeling romo turns it around

    Also a Pitta/Pettigrew owner. Rolling with Pitta until Pettigrew earns his starting spot back in my lineup.

    I know but Pet had 10 tagets and caught 8 last week, the week before a TD and 10 targets the week before. I think he has erned it but Petta is well pretty damn good himself. I was thinking of startng them both and sit Tate as my Flex. I'm a Tate owner. Probably not gonna do it, was just worried about tates fumble last week

    Might effect Falco and the kicking games.....give a bump to Rice and running game?

     

    Wont help Weeden...but then again....throwing 8 receivers out there wont help that ginger.

    I would pick him up. I can almost guarantee there is someone on your bench you can part with and though he has dissapointed thus far, there is no doubting that there is potential if they figure out things in Ten. He is still the one getting all the carries there. Pick him up and stash him in case he breaksout finally.

    Good question. I'd say look at some game logs to check recent performance against these teams.

     

    Off hand though, I think Vick generally does well enough against the NYG, especially earlier on in the year before he is injured and hobbled. The Giants might actually be a poor matchup against him. The Giants have no secondary and generate pass rush from their front 7, without really blitzing. Vick can actually make the first 2-3 guys miss, it's just he never has any idea where to throw the ball.

     

    With a weak secondary his usual INT mess will likely lead to giant plays. Especially to D-Jax, whom the Giants have no idea how to cover. The only real issue is that of course he will still get hit hard a bunch of times, and could get injured.

     

    Usually also the Cowboys play Vick in a similar fashion so he pummels them as well. Off the top of my head I think Vick and the Eagles tend to abuse the rest of the NFCE, but don't trust me on that, look up the numbers!

     

    Someone else should field the Rivers vs Chiefs side and we can reach a consensus. I spent a few years in San Diego and I generally remember Rivers playing very poorly against other AFCW teams and getting bailed out by LT2, but that was a long time ago.

    I drafted Ryan as a back up... he may save my season replacing CJ as a starter on my keeper league.... matching him up with Rice. I hope so, Rice is such a stud I just need a #2 that can get me 10 points or so.
