Flex options Maclin, Holmes, Branch, Daniel Thomas, and Nicks? Pick one. Leave a link I will answer yours. Thanks!

    Flex options

Ya but he didn't do much week 1 which is why I am a little nervous about his consistency.

Which WR should be my third....WHIR

Tough one. I would go Meachem better shot at a TD and rec.

    Burleson or Jordy Nelson

Gotta go with Burleson he gets more looks his way than Nelson. This is a tough one though but I would go with the safer option Burleson will get his 8-10 looks while Nelson may get 8-10 looks but like last week showed he might only get 2-4 looks.

Thanks for the replies I am going with Maclin I think.

    Potential trade

Not a good trade. I would take it if you had them plug Manningham or Harvin in instead of SF defense. I am guessing you are hurting at QB to even consider this. You also have to remember SJax is a injury risk all season.

    WR Confusion:

Julio Jones and Meachem. Julio Jones has been targeted more than White this season so far and is going against a so-so TB defense. I think he will have a good day. Meachem here also because Colston is still out and Meachem will get the majority of redzone looks. Lloyd is still hurting a little and is a risk on getting hurt or pulled this game until he is 100% healthy. Moore is going against a strong Jets defense and I think Campbell will be blitzed and hurried all day which equals less targets and catches to Moore. My question is flex spot chose 1: Maclin, Nicks, Branch, Holmes, or Daniel Thomas (Standard league)

    Lineup Help

That is a tough one. Blount may have limited carries against if ATL gets up early which I think they will. And F. Jax may not get many carries if they are playing from behind the Brady show all day. I would go Blount and Matthews also. Matthews will probably get a lot of carries and is going against a horrible KC defense. Start Fitzpatrick! Go out on a limb NE pass defense is probably one of the worst in the NFL. Rodgers will also have a great game just like Brees did last week against CHI. Go out on a limb its only one week right? Good luck

    WR nightmare (HELP!)

Man you must have angered the fantasy gods. I would choose Alexander and Simpson. They will get the most looks their way out of that list. Sanders is playing behind Wallace and Ward and is competing for the #3 spot with Brown. Crabtree and Shianco both have horrible QB's. I feel for you good luck!

start 2 WR from same team?

Tough one. I would definately bench Nicks though as he will be doubled covered all day with Hixon and Manningham out. Play the other three and pray the Eagles put up massive numbers on a the Giants replacement secondary.
  11. I would also look at trading up for RB maybe trading Finley or Davis this next week if he goes off and maybe Cutler. You could always upgrade at WR Meachem is in a passing system where he is sharing catches with the whole team the way Brees shares the ball. I would personally drop Decker for Nelson or Simpson. DEN wideout will be back eventually and that will pretty much eliminate most of Decker's looks when Royal comes back. Charles is out for the season and even if he does get healthy I don't think the organization is going to risk his health to come back. Looks like you don't have any options really at RB to add/drop. Lynch is playing behind a horrible O-line that is not going to get any better this year. I would keep your RB's the way you have it. I think that Helu also has a better upside than PT because PT is playing behind Ingram who already is getting a majority of the snaps while I Mike Shannahan's system any RB can be plug in. Your team does not look that bad maybe try trading Cutler to someone hurting at QB for their RB.

    Here to help

I am taking questions regarding starting lineups as long as you can answer my question first: My flex spot is hard to fill my options are: Holmes(@OAK), Nicks(@PHI), Branch(@BUF), Maclin(NYG), or Daniel Thomas (@CLE)

    Bench Dez for Meachem?

I looks like Dez will be a no go on Monday night. It is hard to start him over Meachem right now. If you were to sit Meachem in favor of Dez and he didn't play Monday you would be left with a big "0" in the pts column not good. I wouldn't even think of playing Ocho until he proves that Brady looks his way in games. Meachem is still going to be the redzone target over Henderson and HOU secondary hasn't really been tested yet going against Henne and Collins so far. I think you knew the play but I would start Meachem this week.
  14. I would start McCoy over Manning. McCoy going against a horrible MIA defense so far vs Manning going against tough PHI secondary Gore and F. Jones I would start however since Jones is listed as questionable my next choice would be JStew. Miami's coach said last week he expects to give R. Bush more snaps. B. Scott not an option Welker and Decker for WR. Decker is going to be getting a lot of looks with DEN being thin at the WR position. I also like Branch but he is split catches with Welker receiving more. Fred Davis as BUF will be passing a lot to keep up with NE offense. I would not take that trade. Foster is still hurting and there is no definate time on when he will be fully healthy. Winslow is not better than Fred Davis right now and I don't think will be at all this season. And Ocho has barely been targeted and Branch is clearly the better play at WR right now. Lafell is starting to come together but is still #3 on the depth chart.

    Been burned at TE...

It is true New England has had a horrible secondary so far but TE's against NE have only totaled 88 yds and 0 TD's.

    Been burned at TE...

King is clearly the #1 tightend in AZ over Heap so far in this season. However if Heap get a rapport going with Kolb he will outplay King. Scheffler is an interesting choice has a TD in each game but rarely targeted outside of the redzone and with Pettigrew listed as questionable this week could be a good choice going against a weak MIN secondary. Moore has 2 TD's so far this year in each game and is going against Miami which has given up the most points to TE's out of every team. He is 2nd on the depth chart still and only has 4 catches. Watson however has had great success against Miami and is the better play than Moore this week. Dickson is going against the #2 defense against the pass and that includes games against PHI and NYG. He is also sharing snaps with Pitta enough said there. Greshem is going against 49ers secondary that gave up 102yds to Witten last week and the fact that Shippley is out for CIN should get Greshem more looks. Olsen is sharing time with Shockey and Newton hasn't favored either yet. They are however going against JAC which plays the run great so Newton will be airing it out a lot again. Don't even think about getting Fasano is not projected to get that many passes his way. Celek is a injury risk and is more of a blocking TE than a pass catching TE not an option here. Miller is a still a good TE but is going against IND which is horrible against the run 29th in the league which should equate to more rushing attempts than passing attempts in the redzone however this could set up an interesting option for play-actions heading Miller's way. Cook has not showed any value stay away from him for now. Kendricks hasn't showed much this year (2 rec. 44 yds.) and is going against the Ravens secondary that has only given up 4 fantasy points to TE's this year. I personally after all the information would go with #1King #2Greshem #3Miller. Hope this helps out.

    To many WRs

I have a WR deliema now in week 3. 10 team Standard scoring (6pts TD's, 25 yds pass 1pt 10 yds rush/rec 1 pt) My team: QBs Phillip Rivers and Joe Flacco WRs Roddy White, Stevie Johnson, Santonio Holmes, Steve Smith, Deion Branch and Jordy Nelson RBs MJD, Shonn Greene, Jonathan Stewart, BenJarvus Green-Ellis TE Kellen Winslow K Mason Crosby DEF Dallas I am posting this wondering if Roddy White is going to be over shadowed by Julio Jones all year in target wise. Should I try trading Roddy White for another RB before his value starts dropping? Do you think I could survive the season with my remain WR's? Any input would be great post your link and I will respond to your question. Thanks

    Trade Evaluation Needed

I wouldn't take that offer for a couple reasons. Stafford for Roethlisberger is right on par for a trade. Stafford is playing hot right now and definately better than Roethlisberger. Rice for Bradshaw/Hightower is where I wouldn't accept the trade. If you want Rice and to balance the trade out don't ask for Roethlisberger and instead Flacco after his horrible outing this last week against TEN. Who knows though I have seen some weird trades and the one you proposed might work.

    LT or Willis McGahee?

You got to go LT. My Broncos have no O-line to speak of besides Claudy. Rex said he wants to run the ball more this week.

    Who to start

I am new to the boards just looking to get some feedback. I have don't know who to start in the flex Steve Smith (Car) or Jordy Nelson and also #2 RB Shonn Greene or Green-Ellis. QB also a in question Sanchez or Eli? Thanks I am leaning toward Jordy, Green-Ellis and Sanchez.....

Looking for your input on RB's

You got to go with F. Jones. They are playing the 49ers which held Lynch to nothing rushing. But you go to look at this way Lynch hasn't done much in his career and the Seahawks have maybe the worst O-line in the NFL. I think holding Lynch to so little yards rushing is a false facade on the 9er's defense. Adrian Foster is starting so Tate's carries will be limited this week. Will probably only get around 5-10 carries at most. S. Greene is such a wild card but is splitting carries with LT. F. Jones will get more touches than the other two and could possibly break one or two for big gains and TD's. My question Steve Smith (Car) or Jordy Nelson for flex Green-Ellis or S. Greene for RB2 Eli Manning or Sanchez for QB Thanks!

    line-up help

Blount for your RB vikings defense is so far looking horrible against the run. Johnson and Meachem for WR's. Johnson obviously should be started every week and Meachem will be getting a lot of looks with Colston out and the saints will be airing it out against a Chicago defense. Flex spot I would start Wells. I have said the redskins will pull ahead early but Britt is going against a new and energized ravens defense that held Pitt wr's to nothing last week. Answers/Opinions Here!

That is a tough one Moss is going against a horrible secondary in Zona but Burleson is going KC who was horrible last week. I think you got to go with Burleson. I think KC and DET is going to be a shotout while the skins will get up early and pound out the rest of the game with Hightower. All stars are pointing toward Burleson having a huge game with Megatron being doubled all game and Eric Berry out in KC's secondary. Go with Burleson. My question: Flex spot option Steve Smith (Car) or Jordy Nelson RB2 Green-Ellis or Shonn Greene QB Sanchez or Eli Manning

    Flex Spot

Lynch is going against a Pitt defense hungry to prove something after last weeks loss to Baltimore don't even think of starting him in flex. Jacobs will get some goal line carries against St. Louis but is split carries with Bradshaw recieving the majority of the carries. Woodhead is also splitting carries with Green-Ellis but that game is going to be a shotout with Rivers and Brady on the same field. You got to go with Jacobs hoping the Giants get ahead early and start to play ground and pound with Bradshaw and Jacobs.
