  1. Had a pretty damn good draft, thanks to Doug from FFToday. I have pretty good depth at RB, but I am absolutely stacked at WR, and I can only play three of them at a time. Should I trade one to improve RB or QB or something?

    Standard, non-PPR.

    QB: Brees, Tyrod Taylor

RB: Ivory, Latavius Murray(keeper), Gio Bernard, LeGarrette Blount

WR: AJ Green, Megatron, Brandon Marshall, Alshon Jeffery(keeper)

TE: Eifert, Ben Watson (bye week fill)

    K: McManus

Def: Broncos, Steelers (bye week fill)

  2. I traded Moreno and Decker for DeSean Jackson and David Wilson. Desean strengthened my WRs, and Wilson will sit on my bench in case he suddenly figures out what he can do. My team is now:

    Romo-Wilson

    ADP-Charles

    DeSean-Garcon

    Cameron

Joique Bell (or whichever receiver on my bench has a nice matchup: Hilton, Givens, Marlon Brown.)

  3. Seriously, what a tremendous post. All of these players value is interesting to me. I took the trade because I am stacked at RB (Peterson, Charles) and shaky at WR (Garcon, Decker). I am only worried that this may have eliminated a great flex player in Moreno, who was filling in for Vereen (damnit), but I do have Joique Bell, TY Hilton, and a few others who could fill that.

  4. Not sure about this trade. My Moreno and Decker, for David Wilson and DeSean Jackson. Will the eagles offense continue to feed Jackson for Monster games? Will Wilson ever live up to his potential? Will Moreno thrive as lead back? Will Decker ever see the end zone again? So many questions? Thoughts on these questions? Similar frustrations for anyone?

  5. Well, sure, but I don't see how I am in a bad position. Sure, I could be in a better one, but trading my third round pick won me the league last year. Basically I am forfeiting my chance to draft in the first and second rounds for players who would be taken basically 5th and 16th or so. Guaranteeing I get the players I want.

  6. Alright, so my league allows a manager to keep two players. These players cannot be those that were drafted in top 3 rounds the year before. The keepers count as the draft pick before the pick they were taken the previous year.

My team last year was stacked, and two of the players on it were taken in the fourth round (Marshall and Charles, through a trade). I was thinking of keeping both of them, because they are 2nd and first round values. Problem is, I traded my third round pick last year, so keeping these two would eliminate my 2nd and 1st round picks. I am kind of alright with this, since Charles and Marshall are definitely 1st and 2nd round values, and are both players I expect to have big years.

What would you do? Have you been in a similar situation?

  7. So are we thinking that SD is a good play? Everyone says risky, but they have a great matchup and are #4 in the last few weeks. Would we play them over a potential top 5 D like SF or SEA? I have SEA, and trust them, but the big number the 49ers put up on the pats last week scares me. I do, though, think that the SEA SF matchup will be a low scoring slugfest.
