Finished the day 16th out of 50. If UCLA would have won I would have been in the top 10 going into Monday Auburn winning still gives me hope, but small hope. Need Nebraska and Wisconsin to win on Monday...if that happens then maybe a shot at the top 3.

Been paying all my attention here lately to the NBA and bowl games, at first look though I like Bengals +1 1/2 and the Titans -1. Will post picks in the morning.

Decent day (3/5), having a slow start to the NBA though. I guess on the bright side I am 4-0 in bowl games so far. Post my picks for NBA and NFL tomorrow morning.

He is actually a good duel-threat QB, but this is the first game he has played in month...he had a ankle injury earlier in the season. It looks like there just going to ask Collaros to throw today and stay away from running. The difference so far has been Cincy running game vs Vandys. Pead has 13 carries for 83 for the Bearcats. Stacy has 12 carries for 32 yards for Vandy. Really Vandy is lucky to be down only 7, they had one punt that they called roughing the kicker on Cincy and another punt that was a bad snap where the punter picked it up and ran it 15 yards for the 1st.

Be nice if GT kicker could make a FG.

In my bowl game pool I start out the day 22nd out of 50, the Iowa St. game hurt me yesterday. The big games for me today: GT/Utah. I picked GT and put down 28 on it, although it seems about 35 people in the pool picked GT, not many put down over 25 points on it. Illinois/UCLA. I picked UCLA and put down 6 on it, although I only put down 6 on the game over 35 people picked Illinois. Auburn/UVA. I picked Auburn and put down 23 on it, its important for the same reason GT/Utah is, although around 35 people went with Auburn not many put over 20 points. Also took Cincy on the ML today instead of the +1 Winner. Although Vandy will have a lot more fans at the game (in Memphis TN) I think if Collaros can stay healthy they will be fine.

Good to hear. From what I can tell the Iowa St./Rutgers game will make a difference in my pool. Pretty close to a split on picks and I put down 15 on Iowa St. Put down over 20 on Miss. St. and Oklahoma but it looks like the majority in my pool did the same as well.

Nice call, already 95 points scored and there is still 6 mins left in the 3rd quarter. After taking a 2nd look at the master-sheet for the pickem pool, although I put the max on Baylor to win it really won't make a difference either way. Only 2 out of 50 picked Washington and out them 2 neither one put over 9 points on it. Out of the 48 that took Baylor over 40 put 25 or more on it. Also, you guys need to come join me in the gambling thread over at the Geek Club. I post all my picks over there, been really focusing on the NBA.

I'm 12th out of 50 going into tomorrow in my pool. So far I am 8-4 on my picks but all 4 losses I have came in games were I have wager 14 or less...6-0 on my games that I have wager 20 or more so far. Texas came through for me tonight, I have to have Baylor to win tomorrow. Made my biggest wager out of any of the bowl games on Baylor. Florida ST. winning would help, but as long as Baylor wins I have a shot going into the bowl frenzy on the 30th and the 31st (9 different games.)

Really need Texas to pull it out tonight to have a realistic shot at winning the pickem pool I am in. It was about a even split on the game being picked and I layed down 25 points.
