I disagree. Just because he got lucky is no reason to dismiss the severity of what this guy did. You don't screw with crashing vehicles at high speeds when others are involved. Imagine loved ones such as your wife and kid being involved. Would you dismiss so easily? Not me. I HATE idiots on the road.
