About 11:30 CST: (RotoWire) Jennings (groin) is reportedly making a push for the Packers to let him play Thursday against the Bears, NFL.com reports. Analysis: Jennings is officially listed as doubtful, a designation which normally indicates that the player will be a no-go, but the call on Jennings actually seems to be shaping up more as a game-time decision at this point.

No that's some funny ######.

He is also in a contract year, so I wouldn't be surprised if he has a great year. They all "somehow" manage to have big years when it's time to get paid.
-
These all look good. If Cutler is your QB1 start him, but I wouldn't bench a QB that would traditionally be considered better than Cutler, because this game has the potential to be a shoot out. Take a look at his game logs, he hasn't had a whole lot of success against GB in the past (http://www.fftoday.com/stats/players/2608/Jay_Cutler), including one very ugly 4 INT game. He does finally have weapons to go to this year, but if there is ever an opportunity for a game to not go as predicted, this is it. I think where an issue may come in, is if some one thinks they are going to capitalize on a high scoring game by starting players that normally wouldn't see their line-up.

What are the chances Julio Jones is the top WR this season?

"Until he can score touchdowns" - This would be my concern with Brandon Marshall. "Plus, he doesn't have Matt Ryan or Mathew Stafford throwing to him." -
This Packers/Bears is a rivalry game that somehow always goes against logic. They are extremely unpredictable games. It's one thing to play your normal starters, but playing every GB/CHI bench player you've got because you think it will be a shoot out is risky.
-
Tell that to the Titans fans who just saw their team get decimated by a MUCH improved New England Defense.
-
You would be crazy not to grab him off the WW. GET HIM NOW!!! - He is way better than your already injured Jennings.
-
Yes, I would take Rishard Matthews MIA WR over Chris Johnson.
-
You make a good point. The issue is, Shanny will announce that a particular RB will get the start, and then that RB will see the ball 2-3 times, while another RB will get the bulk of the work. This has been going on since he arrived in Washington.

Seattle D is good, not great. If you have a player that you consider an every week starter, don't be afraid to start them.
-
You should definitely trade away your best player. That's always a good idea.

Fitz had the same QB issue last season, that didn't stop nearly every FF expert in the world from ranking him in this years top 5, and that didn't stop him from putting up 80/1411/8 last season. Nicks has been a top producer to the past 2 seasons, IMO he's worth holding onto for at least a few weeks before writing him off for the season. And you want to make this trade for a RB on a passing team who has had 1 good game?
-
I would expect one of the best all time QB's in an elite passing offense to just lie down and let a RB that has had 1 decent start take the reigns. You should plan for Tom to reduce his pass attempts by at least 50%, now that they have a "quality back" to handle things. Heck they might even pull a 180 and switch from a pass first to a run first offense. That combined with the Patriots being so far out ahead of every team by half time, that Brady will likely sit out most of the 3rd and 4th quarters, pretty much makes him useless for FF purposes. You should probably cut your losses now, and move on.
-
Sell, Sell, Sell. If you can get a player valued higher than what you initially gave up to obtain Smith, do it. HE is not the type of RB you will be able to rely on all season long to produce at this level.

I get what you're saying, but does it matter, he got 27 carries. I'll take 94 yards and a TD out of my RB2/3 any day. -
This logic is ridiculous. Helu was his 4th round pick last year, and Royster was his 6th round pick last year. How would this make him look like a genius? There's no method to his madness, you just have to start who you've got and hope his number gets called.
-
Yeah, change you name. Dsausage? All kidding aside, the Jennings groin injury sounds minor, and if this were a normal week off for a Sunday game, it probably wouldn't even be a concern. So there may be an issue for the Thursday game, but this should not effect him the rest of the season.

Greene has never been describes as "The Burner". Now I haven't seen Turner play this year, but based on the end of last season, he has lost more than a step. I think Turner still has the advantage at the goal line though, Greene hasn't really owned that role yet. -
Is anyone rolling Dwill out there again?
Ditka vs. ______ replied to Matt Mueller's topic in FFToday Board
This is the problem. J Stew was out and he still only ran the ball twice. What is going on with that offense? How can you start a guy until you know they get this worked out? -
Don't forget about Gronk and Graham. In all likelihood you'd have probably have to get 2 players in exchange for one of these QB's, because the top level WR/TE's are usually not on the trading block.

I wouldn't start D Will this weekend if he was running a lemonade stand at a church bake sale. -
How the F do you have Brown ranked ahead of Fitz and Hicks?
