Pre-draft season-long rankings for defenses are worthless considering 70% or so stream in some form.
Websites like this would be better served providing week 1 rankings for defenses - everyone who drafted the Texans and Bears for their season-long ranking have likely already dropped them.
-
If you've been paying attention the last 5 weeks then the answer is Tampa.
-
I started Luck and still won. That's what happens when the rest of your team is good.

Lineup in signature below. Standard scoring w/ 6 points passing TD league.
2nd highest points in a 14 team league.
-
Thanks - anyone else?
-
Jeremy Hill... there's a pretty well-defined ceiling for DeAngelo and Hill could bounce back as a top 10 RB (hell - he was #13 last year and was considered awful).
-
14 team standard...
Was planning on keeping Decker for $11 but with DGB moving on I believe Delanie Walker at $7 has entered the conversation.
Thoughts?

I wouldn't be shocked if CJA gets 300+ carries this year.
What's Denver going to do, throw it? Also, Anderson was very effective in the post-season last year - he was considerably better than Hillman once he had fully recovered from his early injury. Think y'all are missing the boat on this one.

Bench him - if he doesn't see the field he can't get hurt.

I am all on board with that.
Looking at your roster, that Hoyer-Hill double play of crap couldn't have helped you much, huh? I was feeling good that I hadn't started Carr after his mediocre day...then I watched Hoyer play.
I'm very fortunate to even have a shot... opponent had Megatron, Eifert, A Rob, and Julio who all pretty much laid eggs. Needed 22 from Hoyer, Amendola and Brown - needless to say the FF Gods weren't with me last night.
-
I need 12 from Josh Brown.
Field goals from 40-49 are worth 4, 50+ are worth 5.
Let's go Giants! Be solid between the 20s!

sorry for bumping. Didn't see any Crowell threads on first page and he's probably worth discussing for last couple weeks
-
A decent plug-and-play option? Averaged 5.6 YPC last week and the 49ers defense is dead last against fantasy running backs.
Then again... Browns.
Bump

Seattle!
Cleveland vs San Fran
San Fran vs Cleveland
Or
Detroit vs Rams
Detroit's been playing better as of late. I'd go with them.
-
Watkins & Hill
-
Rivers @ KC or Osweiler vs. OAK
Seattle @ BAL or Denver vs. OAK
Will help in return. Thanks
-
Seattle is the best D/ST for the playoffs and it isn't close.
@BAL, CLE, STL
Yes please.

Honorable mentions for Delanie Walker and Keenan Allen (pre-injury was better than Edelman)
-
Injured players aren't busts because you don't sacrifice a lineup spot to start them.
Starting Lacy every week kills your team more than plugging Rawls in for Lynch.
-
We've implemented a rule in our league that top seed (that doesn't receive bye) gets to pick their bottom seed opponent.
Ex. in 6 team playoff - the three seed can choose to play either the five or six seed in first round.
Calling out your opponent can mitigate some of this garbage and is actually pretty fun. Just a thought.
-
4-0 here. Got lucky in weeks 2 & 3 playing bad opponents.
-
Other RBs - Hill, Lynch, Ellington, D. Johnson, Sims
Other WRs - OBJ, Allen, D. JacksonWould you rather have Jeffrey or Adams for ROS?
-
Who are your other rb's and wr's?

If you like Pittsburgh at 6, then you'll love them at their current 3.5!
