As much as I hate to say it, I'd go Sammy, can't trust DeDe...yet...think he follows a similar path to Corey Davis and has a really nice schedule except SEA
-
Yeah I actually think Duke will be ok this week, DET should put points up at home, more in the passing game for Duke
-
Agree with rest

I just do not understand those ready to sell...if you have him you're likely sitting with a decent shot to make the playoffs, and you want to sell him with that remaining schedule? He's had a TDless streak that hasn't made him a world beater recently but he's been a RB1 every week but one. I'm holding.

Kind of a strange scenario. My only question is in this league has the commish historically pushed through other trades in a short period of time? To me you have to also consider precedence. If this hasn't happened before, regardless of who benefits from what, your commish abused his power to push something through without giving the league a chance to vote. I don't really think this is collusion, really more abuse of power by your commish. There is a solution here, in a league I just joined last year, EVERY league member is a commish to equalize the power and it works pretty well.

Same dilemma for me, have AJ and lots of WR depth with Duke/DeMarco as my RB2...his remaining schedule is daunting (excluding CLE and TEN). Been trying to shop him for a better RB2 and can't seem to find a buyer, I'm 6-2 and almost guaranteed playoff spot, so I'm now trying to prep my roster for playoffs...crazy to think CJ Anderson is a good swap? He has NYJ and @IND during our playoff weeks.

I sat them for BUF too Zero. At least we still got a decent game out of BUF. I guess the one positive thing is you can roll with them confidently going forward without having to stream so it saves you on waivers. That remaining schedule looks really nice.

Who you starting this week in the flex, Standard scoring
-
Agree with all the others, you only trade Jordy if your desperate at RB and I would want a better RB than Hyde in the return.
-
I agree with Scott. Watson value is pretty high right now and I actually like all 3. I'd actually even consider streaming Watson and Wentz and see what you can get for Rodgers. Rodgers and whatever you can get for Watson may not be as good as Wentz/Watson and what you can get for Rodgers.

Now that we can take Sims out of the equation . I'd go Collins, can't trust anything in the NYG running game right now (though Bal probably isn't much better)
-
Just dropped Marvin Jones for him and feel pretty good about it. Can't ignore targets.

Help me understand the love for Demarco Murray
pabstbluribbin replied to cyclone24's topic in FFToday Board
You're missing nothing, on my team this year, and I have a rough bye week and feel like i HAVE to start him but I don't feel real good about it. I think most would side with you. -
I was bordering on the sell, but now they've fired their OC it becomes a definite hold for me. While they still have major o-line woes, maybe better play calling can get the ball out quicker and give WR opportunity for YAC.

I have been offered Crowell and Ertz for DeMarco and Hooper. Have Hunter Henry on my roster, I could use the TE upgrade.

Diggs Maclin and Bryant Cohen

Ty for sure. Negative gamescript might come into play with Oak and I wouldn't want to deal with that. Ty should be on the field the entire game and heavily involved. I'd probably pick Ty anyway straight up, but the matchups make it a no brainer for me.

Fitz or D. Thomas and Elliott for Ty Montgomery and Baldwin
pabstbluribbin replied to ppierce's topic in A Little Help!
I'd go with Ty and Baldwin. Think SEA will recover as the season progresses against that schedule. I think Ty could easily finish top 10 as well. Tough call though, either way it seems pretty fair to me. -
I'm not crazy about Rawls either (have him on my roster) but that's a classic buy low on Wilson. And i'm not as high on Cousins as some others may be. I'd do that in a heartbeat.
-
Agree. Ben at home but a tough decision.
-
Definitely McCafferey for me, I struggle with Cohen and might wait another week. Crowell is surprisingly seeing more potential for catches as Duke moved to the slot. My fear with Cohen is he's a one week wonder and teams may start focusing more on him now that they've had a chance to see that offense...I mean who else do you need to focus on in that offense? I think I may go Crow over Cohen.

How about a sell before they go lower? I'm steadily getting more worried about DeMarco. OAK was supposed to be a cushy matchup. He looks off. Only saving grace in this game is Henry looked just as bad or worse. I get that its just week 1. Am I crazy to take .70 on the dollar now before the value goes down further? My fear is if I wait two more weeks, the value goes down even more and I've wasted the opportunity at an up and comer. DeMarco Murray for Ty Montgomery? Does the Ty owner even consider it? Stupid to sell DeMarco that low? Or stupid for a Ty owner to make that trade?

Cardinals Defense rank on fftoday.com #1
pabstbluribbin replied to CornKobb's topic in FFToday Board
12-16 sounds dead wrong to me. Just based on the schedule alone and their history they should be AT LEAST top 10. I say at least because they did lose a few important pieces from last year so there is some unknown on how their new pieces will fit in, particularly the losses of Campbell, Swearinger and Jefferson. I personally consider them a top 5 defense....just look at that schedule: Colts (either without Luck or in his first week back) Cowboys possibly without Zeke Brian Hoyer twice Jared Goff twice Blake Bortles Tom Savage/Deshaun Watson That's 7 games alone they should finish top 5 based on just the QB matchup alone. Only issue I have with the Cardinals DEF is their FF playoff schedule: Tenn, @Wash, NYG -
I totally agree with this. I get that some people don't want to deal with that kind of uncertainty on their roster, especially depending upon roster construction where it may limit you because you need that last spot...but if I have a guy on my bench that I'm likely never going to play, I'd much rather have the much higher upside with the potential for nothing, than just another guy. Even in my 10 team league I'd rather have him right now over what's available on waivers. Worst case you hold on to him for a few weeks until you find out it was a false report, at which point you cut bait anyway, so you're really only holding a roster position for a few weeks. Hell, you may be able to even turn him around for something useful if he does come back. Thanks for the info! Going to pick him up right now....ok, so after waivers process on Tuesday
