Some of you guys are way too gassed up on steve mcnair. What makes any of you think this will be the year he finishes a season? Even if he does, the missing link is a washed up qb? The guy is mediocre at best. Stop buying into ESPN hype. They should do good this year because their defense is healthy again, but Mcnair has little to do with it. My rankings would go: 1. Cincy 2. Indy 3. Pitt 4. Eagles 5. Seattle (changed from San Diego) 28. Browns 29. Titans 30. 49ers 31. Packers 32. Raiders

Im a steven jackson owner in 1 league, and have been desperately trying to trade him since the draft. Ive never liked him one bit, i think a lot of teams have backups better than this guy. I only drafted him because he was good value where i took him.

Ugh, hes killing me right now. I just needed a pretty good game from him and it doesnt look like im going to get it.

Yup, im impressed now. Looks like hes wearing the defense down. When i posted he only had 30 rushing and 10 receiving, now hes up to 50/40. Definitly good to have him, because it looks like the vikings are going to stay commited to the run even when it isnt working.

As a taylor owner im unimpressed right now. I love it that they are feeding him the ball, but the line isnt getting it done right now. Hes been 3 yards and a cloud of dust all game.

If theres ever a time to buy Carson Palmer low its now. Im going to try and acquire him this week if possible. He had a soso game against KC, fantasywise it was bad, and some people might still be worried about his knee.

people seem to love dissing any new uniforms, so lame i have yet to see new ones that i havent prefered over the old ones, these new viking ones too, i think they look great

I dunno, i think that trent green hit (which was legal and legit) is one you just leave alone. That was a bit too much to be making it into an entertainment thing. I did see someone get jacked up late in the broncos/rams game, not sure who it was, if i had to guess id say Mike Bell.

This is actually reminding me of the JJ Arrington hype from last year. I picked up lundy in the 10th, but im not planning on starting him anytime soon, unless he blows up.

Hes going in the last couple rounds in all of my drafts. The only draft he didnt get picked in, i just signed him with my open roster spot after making a trade. Not sure if he will be much this year, but he could blow up. I dont usually carry a backup TE, but this is one of those high ceiling cases.

TJ was out that game with a foot injury. He will start this week. Henry though, will be on the field a lot like always.

match of the year, amazing, i watch a lot of tennis, and this has to be in my top 5, it sucks that so many people sleep on tennis, because i really cant think of many equivalents to what we just watched in any other sport, it just sucks that someone had to lose, baghdatis left everything he had out there, he could barely stand up near the end he was cramping so bad, yet he still kept it competitive on adrenaline alone... i just really hope agassi doesnt lose to this unranked guy he plays next, he deserves to go out in a great match against a top opponent, like this one, hopefully its roddick, nadal, blake, or federer that beats him, if anyone you want to talk about conditioning, these guys just went nearly 4 hours straight, the longest breaks tennis players get are a few mins between sets, just insane

Did anyone else see this? Cold Pizza is running through the top 5 players at each position, and today they had Everson Walls in for DBs (not just CBs, all DBs), and he ranked them like this: 1. Ty Law 2. Shawn Springs 3. Ricky Manning 4. Chris Gamble 5. Charles Woodson How bad can you get?

This list was supposedly all DBs, meaning safetys included. Which makes it even more questionable.

For throwing distance, Palmer and Leftwitch tied, and Lefty won in a bonus round. Just like last year, Palmer won it over Lefty in a bonus round. I cant believe these 2 are barely mentioned in a thread like this.

After drafting him and Joe Horn I thought I was going to have 2 good WRs this year. Now im starting Deon Branch and Donte Stallworth. I see no harm in keeping him stashed on the bench though, provided i still make the playoffs, he should be around then, and would be a huge upgrade over what I have now..

Exactly, the only people dissing him are the people who are kicking themselves because they failed to pick him up in one of the final rounds or from free agency. As far as value goes, hes been the best this year.
