Problem is we see video only AFTER the guy supposedly only blew the horn. Reminiscent of some of the 'unarmed' shootings we've seen.
But we do have information on the officer's disposition and the past disciplinary actions taken against him. Guy is a hot head and a dooshbag. But I only needed 15 seconds to know that already.

Use of force. lol I think cops should be tested for PEDs. I hear steroid use is rampant amongst police officers. That explains the tough guy acts and excessive use of force. Also, after a second excessive use of force violation, these ass holes should be kicked off the force. It isn't the GOP which has the problem. It's the GOPe, and their grip on the GOP. If GOPe candidates continue to lose, how long, exactly, before the rest of the party rallies around Trump and embraces him and his mission more whole-heartedly?
What you have here is an excision of the cancer of the Establishment within the GOP. It's also taking place in the DNC, but that patient is really far gone, and may expire entirely.
You're expecting a whole lot of rallying by a base that's shrinking by the day. The guy has the lowest approval rate of any President in history and it went to its lowest last week. If you think other Republican candidates are going to tie their anchor to a sinking ship, you're out of your mind.
