I'm just happy to be in a Geek league and look forward to not making the playoffs again this year. The expertise level here is a few steps up from the players in my main league. They're all a bunch of Harley biker types. A client - a biker who works in a Harley dealership - got me into the league. I'm quiet and lay low, usually making the final game every year.

Oh. lol. That's a great idea, though. Dice roll for picking your own draft spot. I've never done that before, and I don't recall doing that last year. I just missed the memo on that one. I was just scrolling through the thread on my phone and thinking we had to roll again because people focked up the parameters.

The 2020 debates had a huge influence on the elections, particularly the one in which Trump rudely kept talking over Biden, making him look petty and classless. Trump lost because people got so damned tired of listening to him, and I'd bet that it's going to be even worse now, seeing as he's becoming more unhinged by the day. I can't find anything in the way of traction with anything he says as he negatively jabbers on about the country going to hand in a hellbasket without him and how we'd be the greatest of the great if he were still president. He's a geyser of misinformation with every speech and news conference, and only his cultists buy it.

I ignore 99 percent of his posts and didn't realize he hates on liberals in almost all of them, even in topics unrelated to liberals, such as Ukraine.

Well stated. When they get their information from far-right infotainment sources and X - following people that say what they want to hear - they don't see the big picture and reality of what's going on in this country. Instead of voting against Trump, I'm now voting for Harris-Walz, who have brought joy and hope back into the presidential election.

I very infrequently use my other aliases. I only use The Soilost once a year, and that's on the Mangeboard. As I've said before, IndyColtsFan was set up as a highly successful years-long prank that Spider and I pulled on the board.

Nah, I've never created a gutterish handle. I do have a couple of aliases that no one knows about. Also, there is a frequent poster here who is a big-time silverback going by a different handle.

Particulary if it were a couch.
