Pay up Rudy. NBC- Rudy Giuliani hit with $148M verdict for defaming two Georgia election workers. The eight-person jury awarded Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Wandrea “Shaye” Moss, the sum after a four-day trial, during which they testified that Giuliani’s lies in support of former President Donald Trump’s bogus stolen-election claims subjected them to a torrent of racist and violent threats and turned their lives upside down.

The 2020 election was not rigged. It wasn’t. Repeating that the 2020 election was rigged is repeating a lie. Trumps lie. When Trump says that the 2020 election was rigged, he’s not simply incorrect in his opinion. He is lying. He knows he lost. He knows it wasn’t rigged. You want to vote for him again? Fine. But you are voting for a guy who lost, fair and square… to Joe Biden.

Come on man… let’s stop doing this. It’s just not true. If you don’t accept the results of a free and fair election, you stand against democracy. If you stand against democracy you stand against America. Its gotta start with you, gb.

I know people who lost their heads that day. Its tragic. Sorry about your friend, but mostly sorry for his loved ones.

I agree. It's interesting you know Tom Webster. "Sentenced 9/1/22 to 10 years in prison, three years of supervised release, $2,060 in restitution." Webster, Complaint and Statement of Facts Link includes lots of pics of Webster assualting cops... His charges: Assaulting, Resisting, or Impeding Certain Officers Using a Dangerous Weapon; Civil Disorder; Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds with a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon; Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or grounds with a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon; Engaging in Physical Violence in a Restricted Building or Grounds with a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon; Disorderly Conduct Within the Capitol Grounds or Buildings; Act of Physical Violence Within the Capitol Grounds or Buildings

This guy, in my opinion, got a light sentence: Man Gets 4 Years for Attacking Police at January 6 Capitol Riot A Virginia man who assaulted police with a stolen baton and used a flashing strobe light to disorient officers trying to defend the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, was sentenced Tuesday to more than four years in prison. I mean, why didn’t this guy get 12 years?
-
I did not know you were an NYPD cop. That's amazing. I did not see that coming... at all. But I thought we were on the same page with the J6 defendants. Do you think Danny Rodriguez, who tazered a cop at the Capitol and got 12 years, was sentenced appropriately?
-
Well, I supposed it could be proven that my opinion is wrong… Like, I seem to remember some J6er’s that assaulted cops got off with home confinement and probation, or maybe a time served plus home confinement, something like that I would consider a light sentence. I’ll try to find specific examples… Its just that there were so many assaults of officers on J6, you know some got off easier than others. From the DOJ: Approximately 418 defendants have been charged with assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers or employees, including approximately 117 individuals who have been charged with using a deadly or dangerous weapon or causing serious bodily injury to an officer. The example above with Danny Rodriguez seems about right. Tazer a cop in the neck… in the course of delaying the electoral certification… and implicitly participating in preventing the peaceful transition of power…get 12 years…. There is probably an argument that he got off easy. But I understand you have some expertise here since you were a police officer. Can I ask you if you, or any of the officers you served with were ever assaulted? Like, if you got called on a domestic violence call, or you busted up a meth lab, has a fight ever broke out? What sentence did those defendants get?

A really cool moment this weekend: Video in Link Capitol Police Officer Michael Fanone presenting Forrest Rogers with the handcuffs used to arrest #TaserPrick Danny Rodriguez (the Trump enthusiast who drove a stun gun into Officer Fanone’s neck on Jan. 6 because he believed Trump’s lies about the 2020 election). Forrest Rogers was the internet sleuth responsible for identifying Rodriguez. Danny Rodriguez, ass hole that he is, yelled “Trump won!” shortly after he was sentenced to 12.5 years in federal prison. NBC Article: Jan. 6 rioter who electroshocked Michael Fanone shouts 'Trump won' after he's sentenced to 12½ years Daniel "D.J." Rodriguez, who was wearing a MAGA hat when he drove a stun gun into the officer's neck at the Capitol, was arrested after the online Sedition Hunters community helped identify him.

Scott MacFarlane reports: Feds to seek 13 months prison in Jan 6 case of Joseph Pavlik, arguing he prepared for violence, with a tactical vest, helmet, goggles, a gas mask & a can of chemical spray. He led members of the Guardians of Freedom.. an organization loosely affiliated with the Three Percenters. Pavlov Statement of Facts

I’m a big fan of the police. Some of the finest people I’ve ever known work/worked in law enforcement. You are disrespectful to their service.

You rang?
-
Are you aware that 418 J6 defendants have been charged with assaulting officers?
-
Ok, well… I guess the FBI did it. Good night.
-
I’m saying you can’t blame J6 on the FBI. I think blaming it on the FBI is the cowards way out of responsibility.
-
My point is, that there were many dangerous actors on the scene that day. From instigators and others cheering on the crowd as it surrounded the Capitol, to the 40 or so found guilty of seditious conspiracy, to the many frothy psychos like Samsel. But no FBI. At least, no FBI in the capacity you imagine.

Videos of Epps were all over social media the night of J6. , including the one where he was talking to American Psychpath, Rayn Samsel, who was on of the first cop assaulters.
-
Right. The ones found guilty by a jury. (juries) Anyone in partiular? Or is this one of those "I said it, you prove me wrong" deals?
-
Probably because he was a nobody. I don't know. It just doesn't seem suspicious to me, given everything we know about J6. I say let the poor guy be to lick his trump caused wounds and wait for his big Fox News lawsuit payday.
