I’ve heard you say that the J6ers who committed violence need to be held accountable. We are in agreement there. I hope that we may find common ground in holding everyone accountable that contributed to the violence on J6. I gotta get off here. My wife is giving me that “you got on another political forum, didn’t you” look. catch ya later.

Tennessee City Has Banned Being Gay In Public
Dozer FBG replied to squistion's topic in The Geek Club
Tennessee is a weird state. Back in the 80’s a got a job setting forms for a concrete contractor that had a gig at the Jack Daniels distillery in Lynchburg. I guess I spent about six months or so kicking around that region. Shelbyville, Tullahoma, Murfreesboro… The bar scene… you had to like, buy a membership. And then bring in your own booze… and the bar would sell you a glass of ice and tonic, or whatever you were drinking. No surprise that “sinful” behavior has some legislation associated with it down there… -
So, you need a quote that says: I, Donald Trump request that you, my supporter…. Storm the capital. that’s what it would take? Not the back story that we all know about John Eastman and The Green Bay Sweep?

Where did I get the facts wrong? Or a single fact I got wrong?

174 Jan. 6th criminal defendants say Trump incited them “One hundred seventy-four defendants from 37 states who were charged for their participation in the January 6th BALONEY SANDWICH have said they were answering Donald Trump’s calls when they traveled to Washington and joined the violent attack on the Capitol.”
-
This? Is this what you need me to prove?
-
Let’s keep it together, man. You asked for a source and I gave you one I use for J6 cases. I must be missing your point. Could you please tell me what you would like a source for?
-
I don’t know, man. I think I’ve got a pretty good handle on what’s going on here. Good talk though.

No Jer, I didn’t just make it up. The statement of facts lays out the crime. When the defendant presents their defense, that when they make the point of how they were influenced by President Trump in the commission of their crimes. Like the proud boy trials for example. Many times, I mean almost every case blames their behavior in the belief that the election was stolen.

Here’s a good example that I would encourage anyone with a genuine interest in J6 to read: The Oath Keepers Indictment It’s 48 pages. In about Item 40 they get into the Quick Reaction Force, which was a guy with a truckload of guns who was in a Comfort Inn “ten minutes away.”

Same place as you. My phone. If a case sounds interesting I’ll usually start here. Statements of Fact, Indictments, criminal affidavits, that kind of court documentation. I find it all fascinating. Just give me what you’d say in court under threat of prosecution with no punditry.

I’m having a hard time keeping up with your Time Machine… First you went all post J6 hypothetical and now we’re in 2020. I’ll save you some time: 2020 was bad. What I saw of it was terrible. But I’m in the middle of Missouri and I don’t have cable. Ferguson was a much bigger deal to me. But none of the BLM stuff combined compares to J6 as far as “bad for the country.” J6 was a direct threat to our democracy. I never hear anything about BLM outside of this forum.

Hey man, I’m just reading the news…
-
He said otherwise huh? Well, no need for court I guess. Call the lawyers!
-
Can you elaborate on the time, place, and manner of these new uprisings?
-
My right to party shall not be infringed. I’d storm the capital for that.

If you would take just a second and think about the families of the J6 defendants… Not the paraders and poop smearers… (Not that their families weren’t adversely affected…) But the big timers that assaulted cops and threatened Congress. Those going to prison for three, four, five years… Or the families of the J6ers who pled or were found guilty of seditious conspiracy… going away for decades. These are Americans. These American families have been gutted because of Trumps lies.

Paul Pelosi? Kavanaha? You really gotta keep your head on a swivel around here.
