Stock Market bubble - will crash

The Bureau of Economic Analysis released more good news about our nation's vibrant economy. Gross domestic product grew a healthy annual rate of 3% in the second quarter after recording a less than 1% decline in the first three months of this year. Fears of a recession should now dissipate like morning haze after the sunrise. Nearly all markers of a strong economy are in top form. Unemployment is low, hovering at 4.1%. The past three months have seen steady job growth. Average hourly earnings for U.S. workers grew 3.7% Thanks to President Donald Trump's bold policies, it appears that the United States will avoid a recession this year − one that so many liberals were predicting only months ago. Will Democrats put politics aside and applaud as the American economy shows a strength and resilience that so many of them doubted? Probably not .

  10. What the hell is wrong with California? The Kern County Board of Education in California on Tuesday became the latest blue state board of education to pass a local resolution to keep biological males out of girls sports while its state law does the opposite. The state has been a hotbed of controversy involving trans athletes competing in women's high school and college sports over the last year and a top target by President Donald Trump's administration for defying his mandate to enforce Title IX. Kern County Board of Education President Mary Little told Fox News Digital her board's unanimous 6-0 resolution was in response to Newsom's "illegal" defiance of federal law. 13. Florida will soon open a second state-run immigration detention center in an empty prison west of Jacksonville, Gov. Ron DeSantis announced on Thursday, growing the state’s contentious effort to crack down on illegal immigration. The new detention center will be named the “Deportation Depot,” Mr. DeSantis said, again trying to brand a facility that will house federal immigration detainees for maximum political effect. His administration named its first state-run detention center “Alligator Alcatraz,” based on its location in the Florida Everglades. The Republican Party of Florida promptly began selling merchandise featuring that name. Unlike the Everglades facility, which was built in June on a remote airfield with little to no infrastructure, the new detention center will operate out of the Baker Correctional Institution in rural Sanderson, Fla. The Florida Department of Corrections closed that facility, which can house about 1,300 detainees, in 2021 as it consolidated several North Florida prisons. Kevin Guthrie, the executive director of the Florida Division of Emergency Management, said that temporary dorms could increase the new center’s capacity to about 2,000. The Division of Emergency Management operates the Everglades detention center, which state officials hope will be able to accommodate 4,000 detainees by the end of August.

Key aspects of the new policy Sharing Information during Traffic Stops: MPD officers are now authorized to share information with ICE about individuals not in police custody, such as those encountered during routine traffic stops. This includes sharing personal or identifying information, according to NBC Washington and an internal memo. Assisting with Transportation: The new order allows MPD to provide transportation for federal immigration agencies and their detained individuals. Limitations on Involvement: While expanding some areas of cooperation, the order also reaffirms existing restrictions. MPD officers are still prohibited from inquiring about immigration status solely for the purpose of enforcing civil immigration laws or arresting individuals based solely on federal immigration warrants or detainers. They also cannot share information about individuals in police custody with federal immigration agencies or allow federal immigration officials to question individuals in police custody.

The public is encouraged to report all suspicious activity to ICE

Washington, D.C.'s Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) has recently adjusted its policy regarding cooperation with federal immigration authorities like U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This change, enacted through an executive order signed by Chief Pamela A. Smith, outlines specific ways MPD officers can now interact with and assist ICE.
