No, I actually find it very interesting. If he wanted to kill others he would of drove it into the building and blew it up. He wasn't going to do any damage, the Cybertruck actually took the blow pretty well. And his body was burnt so bad that they couldn't identify the body but him military ID somehow escaped unscathed? So what was his motivation here? It makes no sense.
