Both points are very false. I come from a high stakes security POV. That building was in the immediate Kill Zone. It needed to be secured inside and out, mandatory. And where were the drones? That roof was far less pitched than the roof with SS snipers on it, so you can throw that out the window. Even if it was was, doesn't matter. Even if the order wasn't given to take the shot, Trump should of been escorted off the stage as soon as they discovered the breach. Which was long before his speech even.
