You get paid on how well you do your job. I'm not tipping a crappy server the same as If I'd tip for great service.

I'm with you. I'd never normally do that but I wanted to take my Wife out to a nice lunch. It wasn't even that she was rude or that it was bad service. It was no service.

Absolutely. A recent example. My wife and I stopped at a very nice place for an early lunch. It was only us and another couple there, the place was empty. The server sat and talked to the bartender the whole time, disinterested in doing her job and got pissy whenever we'd ask her for anything. Almost like we were bothering her. I was full hot and told her off when I left . NO TIP This wasn't a cheap place either, it was almost a $100 just for lunch.

She's had work done but she's still a monster without makeup and filters. The body is nice, you're a gym guy, you'll see 20 women there today with better bodies. It's not freakishly hot.

I always tip a minimum of 30% for real good service, the drinks are full and the server is friendly and attentive. I tip 20% if it's ok or bad service but it's not the servers fault. An under staffed restaurant, the server is genuinely overwhelmed, etc. I have no problem not tipping if the server is rude, unfriendly, nowhere to be found, not paying attention to the table, etc. Blatantly bad service

And most dumb ass Liberal Twinks think that everyone owned slaves. Truth be told, normal folks couldn't afford slaves, but don't tell a liberal that, their heads will explode.
