I don't see it with Fields, he does nothing that makes me believe he's a franchise QB. And also take the financials into consideration. Fields is due for a huge contract, if he falters again this year, then what? They can't franchise him for 30 million+, why would they? Betting on Fields to somehow figure it out overnight would be nothing short of insanity. A rookie QB would be under franchise control at a minimum. If you factor everything in it's obvious that he's gone.
