I've never been asked for ID when voting in person. But they have always asked for my full legal name and address before giving me a ballot. Then took a pen and crossed my name out after. And made me sign next to the ledger that I acknowledge I was given a ballot. What podunk State do you live in? I live in a "podunk State" called California, Alameda County (sooooo scarry)

Aren't the majority of registered voters unaffiliated with any party? That's why we get horrible choices out of the Primaries on each side. I guess it's actually about 1/3.
