He came on in the 2nd half but that’s because of the playcalling. They were incredibly conservative in the 1st half. Also, Williams needs to start loosening up the defense by throwing downfield to WRs. Dump offs to RB’s & short routes to TEs are nice, but his downfield accuracy to WRs is horrendous

As a lifelong Bears fan, it pains me to say it but if you have another option at QB you should use it. Williams has had a hard enough time being accurate in good conditions. Very cold & breezy makes throwing even more difficult. The Bears are also settling in to a run-first mode & with a good Packers D it’s not setting up for a strong statistical day for Williams this week

I think he’s worth the extra FAAB, especially for a playoff run. With all of Godwin’s issues & Egbuka fading after a hot start, Evans very well could have a resurgence. We already know Mayfield loves him in the red zone. So was it enough?

I was lucky enough to add him last Sunday before games started, hoping to clinch the #1 seed & the 1st round bye. Was able to get it so this weekend doesn’t matter & I’m off week 15. I read on Saturday he was going to get it scanned to see if he was ready to start practicing. I didn’t expect him to play this Sunday against the Saints with a game 4 days later on Thursday against the Falcons. But, 2 straight limited practices has me wondering! If you have the chance to pick up a HOFr for your playoff run, do whatever it takes!

Read today that the division of labor for now is Dowdle is the early-down, ball control thumper & Hubbard is the 3rd down, spread offense slasher. As the games go on they’ll see which one is more productive in that particular matchup & go that way. Also Dowdle is on a 1 year deal vs Hubbard still having 3 years left after this year. Dowdle is gonna test the market looking to get paid

Clinched 1st round bye so this week doesn’t matter & don’t play next week. Last 3 weeks I’ve used my IR spot to hold & wait on Waller & GWilson. Also added Evans to my bench Sunday morning. Trying to add Hubbard tonight after he was dropped last week.
