I put together an excel spreadsheet with code to import projections from the footballdocs.com website. If interested, download it from here:

To use, open the compiler spreadsheet and the footballdocsprojections spreadsheet, select the Site (B or C) you want to add it to and press Add Projections. Tested on Office XP - YMMV
