Randy Moss to Blow Up!
-
#1
Close 2nd
-
Starting him as my flex position over Matt Jones.
Have Dillon and S.Jackson as my starting RB's.
-
Because you play...to win...the game.Gotta love the Herminator!
-
This guy is the real deal and I'm pretty certain that LJ will be a bust. LT and Shaun Alexander are over the hill and they are both due for injuries. If Anyone saw Bush in college, then you know what he can do on the field. I don't think 2000 yards is gonna happen but it is possible. My predictions:
1800 rushing yards, 18 TD's
Idiot

I like the pick.My top 4 this year are:
Moss
CJ
Holt
Chambers
Man I hope you are right. I manged to grab both Holt and Moss.
-
Christians/Muslims trump all. Please, the best rivalry talk is strictly regional. It's a tip.
Might as well

the email address is my home address not work.I get other emails just not from cbs sportsline even if I somehow block it the emails would goto my deleted file.
Not sure and no way to call them to check whats up
That sucks man. Sorry. I don't really like thoes e-mails anyway. I pretty much live online, so it is just redundant info for me. But I hope you get it figured out.
-
I am not getting emails from the site as commish I used to get emails regarding add/drop requests and to approve trade I have all the setting as they where last year. I emailed them but when it said a email was sent with the question # I did not get that either.Anyone else having problem not getting emails from the site?
If your e-mail address is a work account, your work probably blocked the e-mail. The company I work for blocks all sportsline e-mail incomming. They actually blocked the website 2 years ago, but there were some high level executives that used it for their leagus, so it was unblocked after a day!
So, change your e-mail to something else and give it a test.

I need a 3rd WR to go with Chambers and Plaxico......Kennison vs Cinn
Givens vs NYJets
Gabriel vs Buffalo
Thanks for the assist, leave link and I will answer yours.
Man that is tough. I hope Kennison has a huge game, but I am scared of the Chiefs O-Line. However, I think I would still start him over the other two.

I am debating between these two for my "flex" start this week. I already have Moss and Holt starting. Here is the WR scoring for my league:
ReYd - Receiving Yards
0 - 29 ReYds = 0 points
30 - 49 ReYds = 3 points
50 - 69 ReYds = 5 points
70 - 89 ReYds = 7 points
90 - 99 ReYds = 10 points
100+ ReYds = 1 point for every 10 ReYds
Plus a 10 point bonus @ 100+ ReYd
Plus a 3 point bonus @ 130+ ReYd
Plus a 3 point bonus @ 160+ ReYd
Plus a 3 point bonus @ 190+ ReYd
Plus a 3 point bonus @ 210+ ReYd
Plus a 3 point bonus @ 240+ ReYd
Plus a 3 point bonus @ 270+ ReYd
Recpt - Reception
6+ Recpts = 1 point for every 1 Recpt
Plus a 5 point bonus @ 5+ Recpt

......Dogs and Cats, living together.........
AH....Anarchy!

1. I totally agree with those who've said no rules changes after the draft.2. that said, I think you're in a better setup now. 3 RBs AND a Flex in a 12 team league? So a team can start 4 RBs? That's kind of silly. And with 3 RBs required, makes BYE weeks hell on earth.
So no, the rules shouldn't have been changed without unanimous vote, but I suspect the 3 RB requirement was a mistake since you also have Flex.
I'd let it go, and try to enjoy the season. If the guy has medical issues, this is probably the last thing on his mind - if you do make an issue out of it, at least try to be kind when you approach him, as he's likely dealing with far more important things. Best of luck.
I was going to take a hard line on this, but I agree with Scooter here. It is a tad shady though.

in a 2 qb PPR league, I gladly took Lamont JordanThe Raiders are going to be the suck this year.
-
I picked out of the 8 slot in a 12 teamer, and I got Steven Jackson. It was between him and Ronnie Brown for me. I hope I don't regret not taking Brown. You can see the rest of my team in my Sig.
-
12 teams $150 entry fee.
Good lord, $1000 entry fee! I would guess that at no point in my life could I get that one past the wife. Well...maybe after she gets out of law school.
-
This one works best...This one is the best out there.
-
So what was the final decision? Screw the owner or reset the trade? No doubt. After all this crap, and we don't even get the benifit of an update on it. See if I offer advice to a dead playwright anymore.
-
There are a few leagues like this every year, newer leagues tend to have such circumstances.I got him in the 8th round this year.
-
This is a very competitive league $40 entry.but seriously, no way that trade should ever be vetoed
I thought the same thing when I read that!
The trade is fair, it should be allowed. Also, this league is a joke and you should quit and you should get some friends together and form a league.

I can't believe how many people are down on these guys' abilities. My take... it's all because of fantasy football, and it's sad how a freaking little game ruins actual value. How is their value being ruined in the real world of football? Or did you mean that their "FANTASY" value is going down? If so, this would make your statement somewhat pointless, as you are talking about fantasy football.
All bickering aside, I do think that Reggie Bush is going to be something special in the both of the football worlds, at some point. Probably not this year, fantasy speaking. However, I am actually excited to watch him play this year, and I am a die-hard Chiefs fan.
PS...I love you.

Actually…I’m a little surprised so many believe this. I’m obviously not the only guy out there that think’s this. To me, its not so much that Moss won’t have a really good year, its that I think C(h)ambers will have a top5 year… I think that offense will click!!oh and scottlaroc...why did yo have to remind me!?!??!
I can't believe that you posted the same topic on that-other-forum-that-will-not-be-named! How bad do you need affirmation that Chambers is a good WR? He is a good WR, but he is going to have to have a few good years before I would say he is better than Moss.....and I understand that you are saying that he will be better this year, not as a whole. Yes I do have Moss this year, and yes I am scared about it!
Note: I only went to that other forum as I kept getting DB errors when trying to access this one.

Michael Vick and Reggie Bush.I can't believe how many people are down on these guys' abilities. My take... it's all because of fantasy football, and it's sad how a freaking little game ruins actual value.
Admittedly, the jury is still out on Bush. But for those who think that he is going to fail in his coaches eyes are focking retarded. The guy has skills. He may not be a fantasy monster (which I think he will be in due time), but for the people saying he can't do this and he can't do that... well you all are simply retarded. I say who cares... look what he CAN do. So what if he can't run inside. Last time I checked the Saints have a guy that can. Here's what I see:
I already see the best player in open space in the league. I know that may be a little premature, but I honestly can't think of a better player. Maybe LT... but no one else. His combination of vision, speed, acceleration and balance is not something this league has ever seen. Name a better player in that respect. 3rd down back my arse. He is a freakin weapon of mass destruction.
As for Michael Vick... Sure he may not terrify defensive backfield's with his arm. But the guy terrifies entire defenses and coaches with his legs. Not some of them... but all of them. He alters game plans. He opens up lanes. Last time I checked the ability to run the football is one of the most important aspects in football. The Falcons have led the league in rushing for two years straight. While Warrick Dunn does deserve credit for that.. so does Vick. Both directly for his runs, and more importantly, indirectly because defenses are forced to stay disciplined in their lanes because of Vick.
Both of these guys will burn you if you aren't disciplined every play. And anyone else who thinks anything else is closing their eyes to some really good football players.
Ummmmm...isn't this a Fantasy Football website? What else would we care about.
Fantasy football adds much more to the sport of football than taking anything away from it. Get a clue already.

Sjax is not going to be available at 7 in most competitive leagues, especially with Portis' injury. It should gotop 3, tiki, Sjax, then portis/edge/brown. I'd love to get sjax at 7, but aint gonna happen where my draft is, thats for sure...
I would say that our league is very competitive....except for the new team we added this year......and I was able to get SJax at pick 8. I was debating between him and Ronnie Brown.
whould you start any D verse the Packers?

I picked up the saints this week, for this exact reason. Hopefully it doesn't turn out to be a bone-head move.
